    Я понимаю что вы не русские, но напишу по русски, все эти упражнения на трапеции и часть большую круглую, на широчайшие только подтягивания и тяга верхнего блока

      You can do standing cable pull down for lower back using a rope

    Push , pull days then a leg day
    Or individual muscle groups ?
