Now I am pursuing my career back into Sustainability and ESG consulting, do you think I still have a chance? Is it still helpful to obtain a ESG Certificate for entry level positions? Thanks!

It's impressive that you have both an engineering and environmental background, as this equips you with an environmental mindset that makes you a strong candidate for the program. I suggest that you can explore the "S" and "G" aspects further, especially in the business and finance contexts, to see if ESG is a field that truly interests you. 2. There is a wide range of skills that help you become an ESG practitioner. These include fundamental ESG concepts, basic knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and guidelines, and relevant policies and regulations. But more importantly, having a data-driven and analytical mindset, strong reporting and communication skills, and the ability to stay updated on the latest ESG trends would be most beneficial. As for qualifications, it really depends on your role, organization, or specific issue area that you focus on.
