I am always so impressed with his ability to shift easily between chest voice, falsetto, and head voice. A decent head voice is hard for a lot of people and he just kinda goes there. So so good.

Re: his high notes, the impressive thing is that to get those notes out quietly but clearly means he's using just as much (if not more) effort than he would if he were belting. He's just using that effort with proper technique and fantastic control. Singing quietly is often much harder than loudly, at least if you're doing it properly and sustainably.
