The original cutscene of this conversation is what
introduced me to the Legacy of Kain series some years ago.
I have been inspired by the multiple entries,
particularly for the story, characters and amazing voice talent.
More than anything, I wanted to commemorate Soul Reaver 2's
18th anniversary this month. (Curious how it falls on Halloween.)
It's not often that I get to animate other video games I love.
There are some stunning 3D fanarts of Legacy of Kain online.
I know these models & effects don't quite measure up since MMD was pushed to its limits,
(I failed to discover a way to manipulate Raziel's Wraith Blade so that it would circle his arm)
But regardless, I had a lot of fun throwing this little re-imagined scene together.
I just hope one day the Legacy of Kain series gets an official reboot that it deserves.
