Loong's current condition is the main reason why i hope the global version balance the game in their own way based on the statistics instead of completely following the CN version.
I'm sure the reason why he's left untouched is because his pick rate in CN is nowhere near as high as in global. The problem with that is Ao Yin/Loong IS A LIMITED-TIME HERO THERE, so chances are not all people will have him, leading to lower pick rate.
For me, the way of nerfing him is very simple; REDUCE HIS SKILL 1's DRAGON MARKS FROM 2 DOWN TO 1. I find it a complete BS that his Skill 1 gave him 2 dragon marks while the others only gave 1. That just makes him too low-risk high-reward. By reducing it to 1, he'll have to use ALL OF HIS BASIC SKILLS if he wanted to deal max dmg, making him a lot more high risk. At the same time, if he played it safe by keeping 1 skill at hand, that means he'll only do the 2 dragon attacks, thus indirectly lower the dmg of his usual 2/3-1-BA combo (imagine if the attack at 7:08 was a 2 dragon attack instead of 3, i don't think Arli will be obliterated like that)

1:30 Wait, you're saying that the def reduce passive ACTUALLY STACKS ? I thought it only reduces 10% phys defense once for 2s per targets, which is why i think that item is pretty bad.
If that's the case, shouldn't Skypiercer be a good alt to Daybreaker or Starbreaker for rapid attacks MM like Luban, Hou Yi, or Luara. Heck, what about junglers ? I mean, a bunch of them have rapid attacks that could easily stack those reduction like Li Bai, Lam, Yao, and especially Liu Bei. Obviously, the melee ones won't be able to use the knockback active, but still....

@@kyouitv If it turns out to be just a bug, i don't think Skypiercer is worth buying anymore (or at least not as 1st item). I mean, even without it, 90% crit chance is still pretty much a guaranteed crit on each of his basic atk, especially with the multiple dmg procs in it
@@youagain8447 the enhanced basic is all you need
for that additional damage
and you also gain 50% crit damage when you have a 100% crit chance with your eternity blade
plus the stats of the skypiercer is actually really not that bad it has a good amount of damage hp and crit

I'm not sure if it's actually better than crit ratio or physical damage with crit.?
