I bought a set of these darts about a month ago, absolutely love them! Hitting almost everything i aim at.
I had a great spell with them the other day, 100,125,121,140,100 been a long time since I done a run of scores like that, then it was back to 41's and 45's lol
These darts are best set I have ever bought myself I used to have a van gerwen set for a few years But a's soon as I got these I noticed my grouping and consistant scoring got alot better i got a longer point on my dart so the grouping is alot better . Great review as always

These darts got me back into loving and enjoying the game! And also took my game up a level or two!! Thrown with Adrian Lewis darts for years! So needed that wee change! Great review dude

Nice darts and a brilliant review love straight barrol darts a lot of grip too and I'm a rear gripper and I mostly have only darts with the round grip on them so this is great for me

best statement to quote during this review: "just a bit conscious of whacking meself in the face... like i just did." hahaha. classic. i throw pretty long darts since a few months into the 18 months i've been throwing. it was a bit of adjustment, especially since i started off trying out different darts from a bunch of my buddies. but i modified my throwing mechanics and moved my original grip position (moved from front grip to middle grip). great review! as always. :)
LOL yeah its the only thing that bothers me about them, other than that they fly really well :)
hahaha nice! just to give you an idea about how long my darts are. my setup is:
1) barrell: 21g adrian lewis black pixel (52mm)
2) point: XLong black steel point (45mm in length; 41-42mm showing)
3) shaft: cosmo fit carbon hybrid black #5 (31mm)
4) fit flights shape size (41mm)
sound like spears!
my dart opponents and friends always share the same joke... "so, when are you going hunting... and where are your darts at?" haha.

Got the 25 g version today after throwing them in my local shop. They look and feel incredible. I'm positive that this is my match dart from now on.
I thought they were a bit long for me but they flew well, I enjoyed throwing them :)
They are extremly long. Especially with medium stems. But they travel through the air so smooth. And point slightly upwards in the board with that setup and my style of throw. Which I personally prefer much morecthan a dart that sticks straight in the board.
Long story short. I am super happy with them.
Its a bit strange for me as sometimes a long dart will fly smooth and sometimes it fish tails like crazy but if you check my slo mo at 07:12 they were flying pretty smooth :)

Great review as always Darren. As a front gripper, what Darts do you normally play with when you are not reviewing? I have found some good sets that suit my similar front grip (the latest Unicorn Super True Black for example), but I'm interested in what you use as your "match darts".
Thanks Steve! :) I chop and change all the time really, recently I was throwing my Talisman a lot and also the Harrows Rapide, I have the Super True Black also but not thrown them as yet :)
My Dad had noticed that when Daryl throws his darts, He nods his head. So my Dad decided to nickname him Noddy!
In an ironic twist, that was HIS nickname when he was a young man!

Yeah lots really, Harrows Atomic, Pentathlon TDP, Red Dragon Mamba, Powercore Mugello and probably lots more :)

Love your reviews !!! have one place about an hour away that has a poor selection of darts at best .... anyway im a rear gripper and if you could give me the name of a few rear grip suited darts that you like , that wouild be great . Thanks !!
Hi John, glad you like the reviews, thanks! I think it might be a good idea to check this thread for rear grippers in the forum: dartsnutz.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=20089 as you will see a lot of them like a straight barrel dart but some also like a front weighted one, I think it depends on your throw too, if you throw flat then a straight barrel is likely best and if you have a bit of a loopy style a front weighted one can work better :)

Cheers! I thought they would be the same for me yet I have had some great spells with them, its strange as in most cases I dont get on with long darts but now and then a set seems to work better than expected I think its down to the grip on these though :)
