Lots of nostalgia for DD and DD2. I've always preferred the second primarily due to the control refinement. I agree on the platforming issues.....nothing more annoying than missing one of those jumps.
We had a four players version of Super Spike V’Ball hooked up in college and it would just run all day and late into the night as people would come by and swap in. What happened to those days…
Kunio/Double Dragon is my favorite 8-bit series overall. And such a diverse range of games. I already have a few of the titles not on here. There were 4 nes versions I did not have and the snes Super Double Dragon so I went for it. I mostly had the arcade versions of these and a couple of the NES versions on here. The others are tough to find so I was excited to get this.
I like River City Ransom but every time I play it I get lost and have no idea where I'm supposed to go next. I wish it had a map system of some kind...

This is my favorite of all of the Evercade carts. Super Spike V-Ball and Double Dragon II make it worth it to me by themselves.
I can only think how much better multiplayer games are gonna be through the VS.
Yum, so many great memories playin dis Sheee.
Unreal review Crow, awesome stuff already!
Love this collection. I may have to give volleyball another try.
Another great review, love the format. Despite this coming out strong I’m wondering if the arcade cart will be a better one to get?
I liked this collection now I need to get one.

I'm getting volume 1&2
Odd that they didn't map an a+b button for double dragon, since there are so many extra buttons on the thing.
Omg I played the hell out of that Volleyball game !! Lol 😱😠
i remember Double Dragon on the Amiga, loved the soundtrack but the version sucked technically.
