She was ultra loyal to her former Master until she found out he was a Revanite who lied to her. Sith follow power. That's why it makes sense for her even if the PC is Pub-side. She's not following someone out of patriotism or allegiance. She chooses to follow the most powerful person in the galaxy, which just happens to be the PC of any class. I played though all the expansions with a Jedi Knight once and the JK asks her if she would really be willing to take orders from the Republic, and Lana says, "I don't take my orders from the Republic. I take my orders from you, as always", which kind of made me wonder if she sees the PC as her new Master in a way.

Yes. Because this is Lana romance story. Some romance videos are edited so you can watch only romantic scenes. I like to give it some context but it's still mostly about Lana. I do full story videos where you get everything, cutscenes, banter, gameplay. They are marked Sith Inquisitor sth sth. In that case it's "Shadow of Revan Female Sith Inquisitor" 😊
I don't know which droid exactly you have in mind but except for the ship droid 2V-R8 there are T7-O1Jedi Knight companion who joins Sith Sorc in KOTFE and HK-55 model your loyal bodyguard also in KOTFE.
Is this light or dark side? Guessing Dark Side but just wanted to know before I embarked on this hours long watching! Female Sith Inquisitor and Lana was what I was working for but just not sure which side this is!
I would say it's neutral. My Inquisitor is not a bloodthirsty killer and as a former slave has a soft spot for some situations but she is not shy of killing when offended or for revenge.
I payed for it in appearance designer and then it was available for my all characters. I think it is also available in some hair bundles on Cartel Market.
