      I grew up at the tail end of Conrail’s existence in Boston! I was too young to remember any of it, but I have a few photographs of myself by an old and tired GE loco when I was little. A very different time in railroading, I wish I could have seen more of it!

    Quick Question… I’m going to savannah this spring. What spots would you recommend for Railfanning?

      The area at and adjacent to the Amtrak station is right on the A line! Google Savannah GA rail guide, that will help as well! The best thing transportation wise in Savannah is the harbor walk. It’s right along the main waterway for all the enormous container ships heading into port! It’s truly a sight to behold, and you can track the ships using the marine traffic app!
