    I like how compounded TRS is, I also like how you didnt just turn the phillipines into an empire without research and actually did research on the phillipines

      @ajschannel162 Nope, the President is elected by the Parliament as mandated in the 1899 Constitution, it was only given ultimate power if the nation is under a state of war. He/She can also appoint the Prime Minister but this should be approved by the Parliament.

      And the Prime Minister is not a Head of Government nor a State. He is just the head of the council of government (cabinet). It's just like the Executive Secretary.

      There was a socialist revolution, and the National Assembly decided to declare Martial Law and appoint a Military President for enforcing Anti-Socialist ideas and Peace with a Civilian Governor to oversee the rights of non-military
