In casual use, the word boat is often used to refer to any watergoing vessel, regardless of its size or how it's powered. However, large oceanfaring watercraft-those that use multiple sails or engines-are more properly called ships. Also loving the Noe Town theme from Super Mystery Dungeon at the end.
Examples of this in action: a canoe being able to be called a boat, but not referred to as a ship. But for massive vessels, they get made at a SHIPyard. Also like baes pirate ship example, we call them cruise SHIPs not cruise boats
Ship is anything huge with multiple sails or engines, although boats and ship can be referred to the same thing, ships are commonly used for bigger water vessels. And also sounds kinda weird ngl, imagine calling titanic a friggin boat
Mumei is almost right about pirates getting treasure maps from the government. Before the USA had a navy we'd commission pirates to pillage British ships, but we'd call them "privateers" instead of pirates.
If pirates get their treasure maps from.the government, that makes them privateers. I'm not saying that they're not pirates, just that in that case, they're privateers
This is even worse in German because we call submarines "U-Boot" with the U=unter Wasser=under water and then it came up why there are no U-Schiffe so why do we have u-boats but no u-ships and ... I don't know how long we discussed that and how many people got involved in the end. c,:
... Mumei actually isn't wrong, especially since governments in the Age of Piracy handed out letters of marque for pirates to attack the shipping industries of enemy governments.
Hey navy dork and weeb here, two great tastes that taste great together. (Kantai collection is basically my religion). I can clear this up: Ships launch from piers/docks, boats launch from ships. Think “life boat”. Destroyers and Submarines are called boats because of tradition, when they were new 100 years ago they were too small to carry much fuel or ammunition, so they’d travel in groups with a big mother ship called a tender they would refuel and ream from, and “launch”. Even when they got bigger and didn’t need this any more, the “boat” name stuck.
I'm sorry, but if another pirate captain came upon me and me crew, and said he be takin' me pirate *boat*, I'd be putting a bullet in 'ere skull A pirate boat makes it sound like we be privateerin' on a wee dinghy, whilst a pirate ship lends 'ur exploits a touch of great gravitas
I honestly want Kaela to never get a 3D model, just so you can keep using various penguins to represent her.
Nah even if kaela got 3D model, bluezkaito will still use the penguin, don't worry
Prinpulp is peak.
i'm still waiting for Kaito to use Pingu and Eiscue
@@KiyoshiroClips Or even a Prinny dood.
Which vid kaela become kowalski ? I cant find it
1:19 Bae & Sana: “And I took that personally, mate.”
Vanoss being randomly in this video just makes it 200% better
Brian and nogla needs to react to this video asap
Both of them is an Owl who have "blue" friends XD

bae pulling the reverse psychology on mumei's poor mind
I mean, it was necessary in order to combat mumei's logic: 'well, where do you think the pirates go the treasure maps? the government'
Just got looney tooned
Hey, it's not poor mind! Just a teeny-weeny bit silly silly willy nilly mind
Mumei&Kaela: Wow, it's a boat!
Bae: I'm about to cause a whole lotta chaos...
I mean....

It's kinda like how every rectangle is a square, but every square isn't a rectangle
@@punmastergeneral88 You got that a bit backwards there, but yes.
Any Assassin Creed 4 Black Flag player knows that all ships are boats, but they are large boats that can carry other boats.
I thought it was just how they leaned when turning.
Boats=lean towards inside of turn.
Ships=lean towards outside of turn.
Holy fuck the HoloBirb as Pokemon has me ROLLING. Kaela is such a boss with that swag waddle lol
Mumei running in place is adorable
The difference between a boat and a ship is, a ship has a captain.
A boat operates by mutual consent.
Kaela as Prinplup was something I didn't know I needed today.
0:43 I love how Kaela said "cookies." Like she said "cook is"
BluezKaito's work brings out so much hilarity from their dialogue.
The cute frustrated mumei at the end 🤎🤎🤎
i would like to be on Baelz side, but as guardian of civilization, Mumei knows more about ships and boats, even if she already forgor
Bae: OMG IT'S A PIRATE boat...
Vanoss reference was something I never anticipated. Utterly greatness
2:32 the little sounds that Mumei made I just cant
A pirate boat is what Luffy would have if he never met Usopp.
When Aussie stand against the world for the words of SHIP.
Ship is anything huge with multiple sails or engines, although boats and ship can be referred to the same thing, ships are commonly used for bigger water vessels. And also sounds kinda weird ngl, imagine calling titanic a friggin boat
mumei the honorary penguin. I love it
not Kaela as a Prinplup LMAOOOOOOOOOO
You can put a boat in a ship but can’t put a ship in a boat!
- grampa
I think Edward kenway puts it best: a boat can be stored on a ship, but a ship can’t fit on a boat
You really just spitting these out damn man!
I will never not love you dressing up the girls in several Pokémon designs/models
Love the Vanoss reference
This reminds me of a certain moment from Plaza Sesamo.
“Es un avión, es un aeroplano.” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Imagine Vanoss, Mumei and Kaela blow up the new minecraft server. XD
Y'know what this reminds me of?
"It's a stone Luigi."
"It's a football Mario, i chiseled it!".
omegalul kaels model hahahha
Mumei turned into a Togepi at the end there lol
Mumei is almost right about pirates getting treasure maps from the government. Before the USA had a navy we'd commission pirates to pillage British ships, but we'd call them "privateers" instead of pirates.
Literally a “ship”wreck lmao
The S.S. Boat
Bae just remembered she's supposed to be chaos.
The difference is size Mumei lol
Peak mumei character right here
Kaela's model has been updated hasn't it? Still Cute and ADORABLE! Great Job! :)
Aww, this is cute!
Mumei as dellibird is perfect! Then out of no where my man vanoss shows up best vid of 2023 for mee🤣🤣
I have no idea how you make these with their smol models but I love these videos so much
All throughout this exchange Kaela was laughing her ass off
All ships are boats, but not all boats are ships
boat is smol
ship is beeg
ship is a big boat. You could fit maybe 4 or 5 pirates in a boat, won't be plundering the harbor city with 5 pirates.
*A boat's a boat but a mystery box could be anything!*
Ships have crews, boats have pilots
I've been looking forward for the Vanoss crew cameo on these videos
Loving the Pokémon visions of the girls, esp Meril-Bae.
Kaela 3D model
LEMAO
I can't breathe
Looking for a crew for my Pirate BOAT.
Mumei: Boat!
Bae: Ship!
Kaela: 👁️👄👁️
Delimei and Baeril is so cute...
Ok mumei in a delibird costume is to damn cute and the emotes worked so well
WTF!? Vanoss and Hololive? Nice
love bae confusing others ,accepting its a boat then confusing them again
BluezKaito's vids are always so cute
Did mumei just pill an anime eating scene? Hmmm
shiny prinplup ?
If pirates get their treasure maps from.the government, that makes them privateers. I'm not saying that they're not pirates, just that in that case, they're privateers
Even if kaela make an Cruise, she Will call it a boat
I’m hoping keala is a different penguin every time to keep up with this amazing meme
The three main themes of this channel:
Hololive
VanossGaming
Pokemon
Pretty sure I made the best decision to subscribe.
Lol Bae finisher very effective 😆
this is so good! your are a god! :D
"It's a shiiiiiiiiiiip- Boat."
prinplup kaela is so cute but i kinda miss kowalskianalysis
Does it have a name? If it does, it's a ship.
Bae's voice is so deep.
Kaela Dislike Her As Pinguin
The problem is both sides are technically correct
Sana one said: "protect the cinnamon roll." 😁😁😁
DeliMumei is freaking adorable
I wonder if there's a cookie filled with berries
I still don't understand why Bae is not allowed to say the word ship
is kaela just very particular about the definition of boat vs ship or what is going on here?
Cookie's! :D
Yo Vanoss! 😎
I love smol angy sana lol
The difference is simple; a ship can hold a boat, but a boat can't hold a ship.
Actually the term "boat" is an umbrella so ships ARE boats. Meaning a boat can hold a boat holding another boat
All ships are boats, but not all boats are ships.
*_AYO MUMEI?!!!_*
It's a shoat!

It’s called battleSHIP not battleBOAT
Bae: it's a shiii....
Mumei: 🔪
Bae:....boat
Mumei: :D
Might be a little insensitive but Australians might want to refrain from talking about 'boats' to Indonesians.
They are so cute
I commented on this a year ago apparently. JDON my Ship.
Can we all just Vote on It?
Never thought I'd say this, but Bae is right.
I'm sorry, but if another pirate captain came upon me and me crew, and said he be takin' me pirate *boat*, I'd be putting a bullet in 'ere skull

sorry Moom, Bae is right
"trust American English, don't trust Aussie English"
Mumei please, you're misinforming Kaela
what are they talking about 🤡
Boat and ship, how about mix them together, like
Boap or Shi#
