This was actually quite refreshing. It's always nice to see the natural side as opposed to the side where you are expected to be what you are about as if you're not human too. I think it should be a requirement that you show all sides, naturally, to take the edgenoff and help us realize that it's ok to not be ok at times. Just don't stay in that funk for long.

Wow! I was feeling down, felt like all triggers are talking to my head.. you did help me get up in my bed, i was planing to sulk in all day. But not anymore.. i appreciate your authenticity
so i made it through the breathwork, i do this at night, but when i got to putting my hand on my heart i immediately started crying. what does it mean lol
It means you felt it. It means you were able to let go of the emotion that you’d been coping with. It means you had a powerful release. Well done 😊 it’s good to cry, to heal, to let that energy go. I do it often. be kind and gentle with yourself afterwards ❤
SAME!!! Not even an hour ago I was crying in desperation and asking the angels to send me something... a good, strong hug, a new friend who doesn't judge, some kind of support. I am 37, no kids and have been single for a few years. My dog who I consider to be my best friend of the last 3 years passed away 6 months ago in my arms. It has been really hard but I do know that this is just a season I'm in. I completely believe that the Angels answered my prayer with this video. You are such a light Lucie. Today I am most grateful for you. The cry I experienced while placing my hand on my heart was the first 'feel good' cry I've had in a long time. Thank you.

Manifesting is a scam. It helps a lot of guru financially. It can actually do more harm than good (at least for me). I did manifestation since 2018. And I have several success. However, it’s not true , now I m going through the origin and it’s not true .
I think there can be a lot of teachers out there who pitch manifesting in an unrealistic way that can make it seem like a scam. Like when they make unrealistic claims such as “Do this and you will manifest instantly!” Sadly this causes more harm than good because it disappoints people and causes them to doubt in their actual ability to create their own life. In reality, there is not just positivity, life has many shades, and comes with challenges that help us to grow. That’s all part of the spiritual and manifestation journey but not all “fake gurus” tell you about that part. The real ones do. On the other hand I’m happy to hear that you can see how you have manifested things in your own life. 😊 keep going and keep taking care of you, you deserve that ❤❤❤
