Thanks Chris!! I think we're finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel!! Once we replace all the rotted metal the rest is a piece of cake!!☺
Thank you for all the great content. Watching this makes me feel at home. Was born in bricktownship, lived in Eatontown, cherry Hill. My aunt lived off the 3rd exit of the turnpike. Now if I went up there I would just be a Benny but I miss it. Love the f100! And thank you for putting this out there to help people! We need more stuff out there like this!
@@805ROADKING Thank you for always responding. We are pretty isolated here at the moment in NS. I really like your channel and I enjoy what you do. I do not have anyone around me who is interested in building and fixing things. You are lucky to have the young fellow, his Dad and Mike. I am close to 68 and always have things to do here, thankfully. Cheers, Smitty.
Wow..you're very good at figuring out things..I wish I was this knowledgeable and creative..and you have alot of patience too....thanks for taking us along and sharing this with us...happy Weekend..blessings and much love to you
In a few weeks I'll be doing the same work on my old 1950 International Harvistor pick up. Only there's not many patch panels available. But next Thursday I go in for carotid artery surgery, so throw a prayer my way RoadKing, please. We ain't getting any younger my friend. I'll turn 70 in August. I don't know which one of us is younger. Lol. Nice work my friend. ...Newk from Kentucky
It's funny, before I bought it I told the guys I wanted a "Turnkey Truck" something I didn't have to work on!! God only knows how I wound up with this thing!!☺
I’ve never seen an aftermarket patch go right in, without some modification. You’ll have it better than new! Be glad that Joe was just foolin around. 👍
Thanks Tony!! Yeah us Bodymen have a love, hate relationship with aftermarket parts!! I like them because even with the worst aftermarket part at least you have something to work with!!☺
Smokin' Joe how cool is that ? I just got my second shot and yesterday was brutal , laid down most of the day soar arm ! Yep glad that's over with for now?
I love seeing the work you do on this truck, Your really making progress now. I loved the story of meeting Joe Frazier, it reminded me of the time I met Lemmy.
Your truck project is coming along nicely. It's fun watching it come together. And we get story time too ... I can't think of a better way to start the weekend. 😁👍
Thanks Tim!! I'm finally getting the feeling that I'm starting to win the battle!! Once I finish replacing all the rotted metal, the rest is a piece of cake!!☺
It does get confusing, when I worked in the Body Repair Business I always referred to everything as Passenger Side and Drivers Side!! Or over here it's Left hand drive, over the pond Right hand drive!!☺
Wow, just great fabricating, plus a great Joe Frasier story!
Thanks Chris!! I think we're finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel!! Once we replace all the rotted metal the rest is a piece of cake!!☺

My dad has had both done. You'll be fine. cheers.
Thanks Newk!! We'll keep you in our thoughts Buddy!! You only have about 6 years on me!!☺
Not bad for a truck that you said "I will only drive it down the turnpike a few times". Crazy is how much that will take!
It's funny, before I bought it I told the guys I wanted a "Turnkey Truck" something I didn't have to work on!! God only knows how I wound up with this thing!!☺

You are welcome.
Those pointy fingers crack me up.
I love those lil' fingers!!☺

Story time with ROADKING Oh yeahhhhh!!!! We need more!
I have a million of them!! If only I could remember them!!☺
Smokin' Joe how cool is that ? I just got my second shot and yesterday was brutal , laid down most of the day soar arm ! Yep glad that's over with for now?
Hopefully next year things will be different and we won't have to jump through so many hoops to get a shot!!☺
I love seeing the work you do on this truck, Your really making progress now. I loved the story of meeting Joe Frazier, it reminded me of the time I met Lemmy.
Thanks alot MrShin!! Yeah I can finally see the end of the tunnel!! Once I cut out and replace all that rust, the rest is a piece of cake!!☺

The truck is coming along nicely! Can we see some photos of younger Roadking?
Thanks PJ!! We'll have to see if Roadqueen can dig something up!!☺
Smokin' Joe! :)
Yeah Buddy!! ☺
A lot of industry going on there this time. Then again, this is a 'make work' program for sure.
The results will speak for themselves.
Yeah Buddy!! We're getting into the meat and potatoes now!!☺
There guy makes mount out 4 peaces of metals
After market parts ,should be called make it fit parts
Yeah Buddy!! ☺
Reminds me of the commercial where the Kid gives Mean Joe Greene his coca cola and he throws the kid his jersey he wore in the game
Yeah Buddy!! He made quite an impression on lil' Roadking!! Boxing was at the top of it's game back then!!☺
Looks like someone's had your radio!!! That's half the value gone... :P
Yeah Buddy!! We got one in the garage for it, still in the box!!☺
The pointy finger returns. I'm laughing my butt off.
I read somewhere that Left and Right are determined by facing the flywheel, and not the front pulley. I could be wrong, though.
It does get confusing, when I worked in the Body Repair Business I always referred to everything as Passenger Side and Drivers Side!! Or over here it's Left hand drive, over the pond Right hand drive!!☺
Morning matey, the GB badge i sent you would look good on the back on this truck, only to confuse lol :o)
Mornin' Mate!! That badge wouldn't last an hour before some degenerate would steal it!!☺
Wonder if they sent you the Unibody cab mounts instead?
Well I think it only fitting that you have the magic hammer, you need to name your pointer, the MAGIC FINGER LOL.
Consider it done Buddy!!☺
"Other than that, it's solid" he says looking at a gaping hole. lol
Ya gotta think positive!!☺
Those pointers..lmao
Lucky he didn’t bust your chin lol.
That would have made it a better story!!☺
@@805ROADKING lol.
