Hi Willie and thank you for a great stream and the kind comments from some subscribers. Everyone on the park has helped out, a true community effort in order to open the site. Not defeated, we are back to it. Looking forward now to better weather and getting our toys out!! Ian
I believe the weather is improving, here up north, next week so you should be ok. The potholes here in rural West Lancashire are the same as in your part of the world, disgraceful.
On a different note.....as a child we had coal fires and put the ash in the under tray into the bin. However ...when the snow came everyone put their ashes onto the street.....
The problem that we have today we expect that items that we want to buy can be on your door step within the day of order ( Amozon) . We need to understand and support our local dealers. Its a disgrace that we cant even keep our roads and rail networks open due to a bit of snow. lack of investment and don't care attuite by our so called government. We are so far behind our European neighbours when it comes to this sort of thing . Great stream Willie 👍👍👍
Weather can screw businesses over & Councils are useless. In NZ 🇳🇿 up till the late 1980's Roadworkers were Government Run & roads were always in good condition albeit they might of had reputation for being lazy & leaning on shovels.Government privatized Roading & companies bid for contracts & standards dropped & roads are worse.
Hi Willie - it’s Big Rodders in Ireland. With your cap on the correct way round in this video you look like a Peaky Blinders’ gang member! Perhaps your friend absconded to Spain to escape your inane wanderings 😁🤣.
willie willie willie , how many times have we heard "this is my forever bike" , its a keeper 🤣 I've been subscribed for a few years now and used to love it when you changed your bikes every few weeks 🥰
Hiya Willie 👋. Where Wib-See (😂) MC is based, the roads are still virtually impassable. I had hell on picking up and dropping off my daughter this evening and she lives about a quarter of a mile from Ian's place. It's horrendous the state of the roads. Probably going to be Monday/Tuesday ish before things improve 😕. Regards, Mo 🥶👍.
Hey Willie......I have to say that Lincolnshire council are great at gritting.....they are always out at the first sign of ice. LikeI said before mate.....my Missus loves the Enfield for pottering..... Remember,,,,,the correct number of bikes is N+1 with N being the number of bikes you currently have
Good morning Mr Willie If I may enquire, what is your chosen flavour to vape? I'm guessing tobacco flavour but it could be anything... I'm just curious 🤔 Thank you for your continued entertainment 🙏
Haha! You're the first person on here to ask that question Graham! 😂 And you are right! It's called black tobacco (which is aniseed and tobacco) cheers buddy 👍
Don't apologise for the cat. He / she is lovely! Potholes - that's down to 14 years of austerity where the funding from government to local councils for road maintenance has been massively cut year on year. The local councils get the blame as they are responsible for the state of local roads, but the government, who are the real cause, loves it as they avoid the blame! It wouldn't surprise me if the same applies to gritting of local roads. 20 bikes in 4 years? I might open a book and take bets as whether the Kwacker really is 'a keeper'. The odds appear to be against it! 😁 Vince C.
Life is short Willie, there are so many great bikes out there just go with wherever your heart leads you. I'm like you, two bikes at any one time are a good compromise between practicality and desire. Would I like a garage full of bikes, yes! Do I want a divorce, no! Maybe when I retire in a year or two add a third bike 😅
SNOW!!! That's not snow. Things don't stop here in Canada because of snow (except motorcycling). I know that in the UK that is a significant snow event and your are generally aren't as prepared for it as we have to be. The 500 will be there soon enough. We're still at least three months from even thinking about starting our bikes. You are fortunate to be able to ride most of the year. Cheers Willie: BJ
@@2wheeledwillie395 It is not unusual for us to get a dump of anywhere from one to two feet but usually in the 4 to 6 inches at a time. Some winters we don't get much snow and other winters we get a bunch. We have historically ranged from 111cm to 375cm annually.
Yay, a cat sighting again! We love teasing you about changing bikes. 🤣 On a serious note about that city council and not spreading cinders, salt, or whatever they use, it isn't just an economic subject, it's a public safety issue. What if someone was injured or had a serious health issue like a heart attack and help couldn't arrive? I was a firefighter in the Mid West for years, and if conditions got bad enough the city would send snowplows to run in front of our ambulances and fire apparatus. The #1 priority for a city government should be the safety of its citizens. Look at LA right now, as an example. That council needs to spread those roads that have serious grade. OK, back to pinkie and we'll just push John to the back of the subconscious again. 🤣 I've looked it up and you are 6 hours ahead of me. I'll have to set my phone's alarm for 10 am my time to tune in. I think.
Guerilla is a blast 2 people I know who have them love them, I don’t think it will be much of a potter bike, more of a scratcher, and good fun I imagine, see you on the joint thing with Sean n suzie 👍…… Pete🇫🇷

@@ianrivers3955 Thanks Ian, it's nice to hear that everyone helped out to keep the site open bud 👍 yes bring on the better weather ASAP! ☀️☀️☀️☀️
You have described the practical impact of the cancellation of the local government precept 😢
Yep sadly you're right 😞
I believe the weather is improving, here up north, next week so you should be ok. The potholes here in rural West Lancashire are the same as in your part of the world, disgraceful.
That's good to hear Ian 👍 ( about the weather not the potholes obviously!)
My home is on an unadopted road and the local authority are not responsible for its upkeep and yet I pay the same council tax as everyone else.
But you chose to live there Dave so it must be nice!
Cats tail makes me laugh, it’s as if she’s saying “same old bull”😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
No snow here on the south coast. We had a few flakes on Wednesday. Frosty mornings is about all we are having.
Yes same here buddy, VERY frosty this morning 🥶 but nothing like the guys have further North ❄️❄️❄️❄️
Local councils here in Aus are a bit silly about all the snow we get. If it snows they usually all run outside and splash around making snow angels.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
On a different note.....as a child we had coal fires and put the ash in the under tray into the bin. However ...when the snow came everyone put their ashes onto the street.....
Yes I did that with our Ash today! Works a treat! 👍👍

Looks a nice cat lol
I think wimpy has done a runner with your bike

Always pay motorcycle deposits and payments using a credit card so if your purchase has complications you are covered.
Good point 👍

Guerrillas, like all REs, need too much servicing for me. I was considering one to replace my 390 Duke, but I'm going for a CL500 now. Nick
Thanks Nick 👍

😂😂😂😂 I'm sorry to disappoint you Andreas !
Being a keen biker since 1962 l can say the best thing l ever did was retired to España in 2000…snow and ice a thing of the past
Yep feel like joining you tbh!
