Sky Like BG With Black Circle and Shine 2K-ish 60fps 30sec

Here is a multimedia visual video BG. It is inspired by and quite literally similar to other video media of ages long past. Never seen much use of sky BG videos, so here is a new one based on an old one. It's not hard to make really. Made with Magic 2.33 Performer! It is 2kish 60fps and 30 seconds long (which really should be the standard for things that use this sort of thing).
This video is conceptual really, and shouldn't be used outside of perhaps the occasional lookup for fun or whatever it is that is considered non-commercial use, due to the fact it is based off of another BG. This is just a test video to see what some apps are capable of (also because I see remakes of BGs and videos that are... less than stellar). I am not a video creator nor plan to produce anything, I just like historical things and archival things and such.
There are at least 3 layers to this video that are placed on top of each other. Note that 'layers' are not like a photo editor's layers, just how they are organized and placed within the program (how I've described it to make some sense of it all, basically).
The base layer has a blue box and a black circle and shine. The second 'layer' is 2 instanced stars spinning at the top left and right with blur and rays applied to them, which are behind the black circle and third layer. The third layer is the fake sunbeam effect that is a pre-rendered image of a sunbeam, duplicated and rotating in two directions, with a third one slowly fading in and out and faster than the first 2 images.
