    • @imjustsomeguy72
      @imjustsomeguy72 10 лет назад +3

      Alii Reb What we need is someone who will make runs past Giroud. Podolski was a stop gap in that department, Walcott could maybe still be that (and is in spurts), and maybe the Ox will get there. Giroud is a physical presence in the area, and has great technical ability, and is probably irreplaceable in the current system.
      I wouldn't mind us having a look at Shaqiri, TBH, although I concede what we might need is a more traditional last man striker.

    Just reflecting on these times as a Hull City fan....awesome day and times to be a Tigers fan back then....and here we are these days trying to take positives from defeats at Burton Albion and MK Dons...and still stinging from last season's collapse and that game at Wigan.....always had a warm welcome from the Gunners fans, unlike the other north London mob...all the best for your continued renaissance and transition...not one for having a second or London team but I think Arsenal would be mine.

      Saludo grande desde Uruguay, y pese a esa recordada final de FA Cup que terminó con derrota, un gran reconocimiento para el Hull City por el notable esfuerzo realizado. I remember when watching game, my heart was pounding through the whole game and sure enough right when we won the FA cup, I ran outside and screamed! This game was truly special, especially since it was my very first time watching and witnessing the club lifting a piece of silverware...I was even excited for Lukas Podolski because of how mange’s you win something with Arsenal at that time.

I remember it so well, the despair of the 1-0 and 2-0 goal and to see it all come together with a brilliant effort from Cazorla, heroic fighting by Koscielny and the hero of the season Aaron Ramsey put it into the back of the net to complete the greatest comeback in a long, long time, it all just brings me to tears of joy. :'D The boys did it, for the club and for us fans! :'''D GOD I LOVE THIS CLUB!!

    The ref drove me nuts when I was watching this game live back in 2014. So many fouls by hull just not given.

    • @dre8463
      @dre8463 6 лет назад +3

      MB39 Hull's goal resulted from a free-kick taken several yards forward from where the foul was committed. And going into the back of someone is not a foul? You have a case about the Kos corner but again, we should have had at least 2 pens so the 'gift' as you call it wasn't that.
