Gotta love how Traptrix players refuse to go on the offense and just stick to Sera and Rafflesia pass. Like if you've put multiple bodies and have the opponent in a controlled state, just make a better link or XYZ monster and go on the offense.
War rock is still underated deck in MD. Outclass by Numeron network that do the something to do OTK with huge Amy attack dmg. No make it worst go 2nd equal to lost if don draw sufficient handtrap and Maxx c in your hand.
Techincally speaking it can actually defeat numerion as well. It can contend with a heroeic otk. Meteroragon will just negate the gains of anything he fights.
ive heard a lot about war rock lately, what makes them so special exactly? Not shitting on them of course, just curious because IMO EARTH archetypes always have interesting playstyles.
What makes them special is that they are battle phase focused, and each card is fashioned to Insentivize ur opponent to do battle with them. Even more so than heroics, and gladiator beasts. The 4 stars have unique floater effects that technically make the deck immune to, destruction, or graveyard send effects during the mainphase or battle phase, and they can maintain field presence pretty easily if left unchecked,. The strongest card in the deck is a card an opponent would likely never want to do battle due to its effect to negate anything it fights. Making it able to contend with crazy powerful field effects in the battle phase. If meteroragon hits field with generations and ur opponent say has a 16000 atk heroic XYZ then ur opponent will be forced to battle it or end their turn on the spot. And if they do battle him he will negate the gains and revert to his regular attack. In other words he can reduce effect monsters to normal monsters while fighting him. The deck is really kinda like that one dude standing in a field of bodies, with a dripping sword, as his next contender stands further away from him facing him as he debates with himself about weather or not he should fck with him.
@nambu1080 i figured out a way to make mine run super fast against decks like that. I run Tripple time tearing morganite, with zero Gardna and Rookie warrior lady. Just yesterday i dueled both my best freinds with the deck, one person was using the Buster blader deck, i forget the other deck my other bud ran, but i dominated the 3 way duel lol with my build. its super easy to build an imposing board against decks with it. Only thing im missing from my current build is one final war rock mountain.

Duel 3 player, played like sht no joke
It's underrated in the sense that it never wins.
The only reason it would lose is if the person using them has no idea how to build them. Theres too many cards that make great support for the deck.
