trying for optics huh. it is too too late bruh. we never "CELEBRATED" juneteeth in my black family. it was a slap in the face reminder that slave owners in texas could ignore the emancipation proclamation for two years. somber reminder of injustice not a celebration. the way to get to black vote back is start giving out real reparations in the form of free college vouchers, or home voucher or trust fund voucher. Pay of mortgages or college debt.
