Agreed. He explains things so well
Spotted another moonchild❤️Mono🥺
*doesn't understand professor's 50 minute lecture*
*watches 10 minute khanacademy video and understands it thoroughly*
+Adam Baum Lol same :)
Bbb
Maybe you don't pay attention in class
Adam Baum because the education you pay for is a joke. Most people on the internet explain things better then professors to.
Second time around is invariably easier than the first, doh
Knowing something and being able to make others understand this is something totally different ... And you my friend, whoever you are, have a talent in doing this ... Everything in your narration is perfect: from your voice to your drawing and making others remember the knowlege included in your video without having to study it again. So I hope that u are some kind of professor or teacher in a university because you have a talent in that. Friendly greetings from Greece.
Costas Englezopoulos u r very wise
Costas Englezopoulos u r yery wise
THIS GUY HAS NO FUCKING IDEA HOW TO EXPLAIN..

Woooowwwwwww my mind is blowwwnnn
You deserve a Nobel prize for how Khan Academy has innovated the educational system. I am about to go to grad school and I have been watching your videos since I was a freshman in my undergrad years. You rock!
My professor just started to mention terms like depolarization, repolarization, and action potential without explaining what those meant. WTH?! Thank you for simplifying the concept behind the terms. Most of us learning this are undergrads LoL maybe some professors forget this and start throwing medical jargon at us like we already know what they mean.
Wut???? We learnt these terms in high school, and my university doesn't accept students who are unfamiliar with such basic terms. Interesting
Monkey D. Luffy Well, I am an "non-traditional" student aka I took a long break before I started college. I was 23 when I started after leaving active duty.
Really the first professor to explain action potential properly was in my first year of med school. Actually a lot of topics my undergrad just told us to accept w/o explanation were covered cause I ACTUALLY HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THIS TO KNOW IT. cough still annoyed at undergrad.
you explained it ten minutes what my professor couldn't in 50. thanks.
Watching this as a preface to my cardiopulmonary block of med school. :D
Good old khanacademy. Best free MCAT prep out there.
I have watched probably 10 different videos on this and after this one, I finally get it. You're amazing. Thanks for all you do!!!
by the machine god... why do i even attend to the lectures in my school when there are better materials out here..
I actually don't regularly attend lectures for this very reason:D Unless the lecturer is brilliant
Praise the Omnissiah!

There are so many classes I wouldn't have passed if it weren't for Sal. He got me through 2 math classes, chemistry and now physiology. Can't thank him enough!
Salute. Beautiful explanation and I can easily understand the Heart and how it functions now. Keep uploading brilliant videos like these.

Hi Rishi, I just want to thank you for all your great videos. I am starting Nursing school, and I needed to review some of my A & P. I am a total visual learner so your videos make perfect sense. Could you do a video on EKG my book is confusing me.
I show these videos to my Surgical Technology students every time I teach them the heart. I love these! Thank you so much!
Struggled with this for soo long! Thank you for the video!! Dont know why I wasted a hour looking at the book when I could've just watched this video. Thanks again! :)
In school to become and EMT and reading the section about depolarization and repolarization was like trying to learn a foreign language. No reference pictures or anything visual for me to connect the dots. Thanks for the explanation and pulling back the clouds of confusion for me. It all makes sense now!!
Your voice is soothing, you got that voice tonality down. Also you explained so easily compared to my textbook. Great job!

Thank you so much. This is so clear and easy to understand.
i wish this is how it was discussed in school. the complexity of this mechanism coupled with my teacher's almost indecipherable way of speaking is too much to really comprehend this matter
