If less people asked for signatures he'd probably keep doing them for free. But just judging by nicoles face after the signing you can tell it took a long time

What I do not understand is why you would offer signatures on items to keep people feeling connected to the name behind the product, then charging money for that connection. Might as well get a stamp and have his employees stamp his signature on everything. Thats like expecting feelings from a hooker... there are no feelings, you paid for it.

The problem is that if everybody asks for a signature (which a huge majority of people are doing) the orders cant be shipped out and gets stacked up in their office, if you had to pay for it less people would get signatures causing a lot less backup at the warehouse and free up some of his time. (IT takes him a lot of time to sing hundreds of orders for people)
i know, i am not stupid. i am saying if he pre signed pictures then he could sell those individually. not have to wait until the order actually comes through to sign them. just ship them the pre-signed picture.

If you charged that'd be a dick move these people who buy your stuff have pretty much payed for everything you have and your lifestyle to charge for something you say "you dont have a problem with" isn't a good move you may lose a lot of people. I am still a fan of the channel just don't think its a good idea to charge for a signature.
Its not really a dick move it makes perfect sense, The orders get backed up at the office causing no orders going out, if he charges there will be less orders to sign making it so they can actually send out their packages. It also takes up a lot of his time, he has to go out of his way to get to the warehouse to sign orders then leave, its just tedious and I personally wouldnt care if he charged, makes perfect sense to me

Say he gets 1000 orders per week, 3 minutes to get a bike frame out and signed, cut the box open, out of the plastic, sign it, plastic on, get it in the box, tape up the box. Thats 3000 minutes, 50 hours per week. 10 hours EACH DAY for a 5 day work week just signing shit. Ofcourse he doesnt have time to do it with demand rising.
