Here's some documentation on it: www.make.com/en/help/app/facebook-messenger Alternatively, you could also swap out ManyChat for an alternative, such as ChatFuel, Botsify, etc. I haven't tried these, so I can't speak to how well they work, but they both have Make.com integrations. Hope this helps!
