This is my very first Vlog! I DID IT!
It was quite an unusual experience for me because I spent two days of shooting this video in Chenot Palace Gabala- a beautiful hotel that is
world-renowned and celebrity-beloved for its detox and rejuvenation programmes. In this video, I will give you a room tour of Presidential Suite, take you with me on an energy analysis diagnostics, show you some unusual medical treatments such a cryotherapy and Neurac therapy. I will also show the spa treatments I received, how I exercised and what I ate. This is of course not a typical day in my life but one that was worth sharing.

I can't believe I watched a 20 minute ad. For a place I'll never done nonetheless. But it was nice to watch. While I find a lot of the procedures done to be rather dubious, I assume that feeling nice and relaxed after them is the goal, rather than any genuine medical improvement. This video reminded me of how nice treating oneself can be. We've got this thermal bath in my region. I think I'll visit it again once I finally have got enough time.
This is not an ad since I was not paid for it but invited to experience it and decided to turn it into a vlog.

I have not seen this kind of quality blog before. It’s nice but I would prefer to see the “human” side of you, at home, living your normal daily life. In a world where everything is presented to such unattainable standards (like trying to live up to the highlight reels we all see on Instagram) I think it is so important and crucial to celebrate and spotlight the simple, daily tasks and pleasures of normal life 🥰 Beautiful video either way Jamila, as usual. I like my privacy and want to keep it that way. I share experiences with my audience that perhaps some cannot at this point have. It is about showing what interesting places and experiences exist in the world.
I feel like this video is a great example of your video on public speaking, you use your normal, quieter voice in voiceovers but it shows how you’re able to project your voice when outside or with people, it’s very interesting !

I had absolutely no idea that Azerbaijan has places like that. Excuse my ignorance, I’m from former Soviet Union block as well (Poland) and it takes long time to get to have nice facilities like that. It certainly took long time for Poland to be economically independent and thriving. I guess it’s all Azerbaijani oil that helps with economy. Still, it’s mind blowing because I’m very sure, based on statistics and rankings regular citizens can’t probably afford to be in place like that. I don’t mean this in negative way. I would love to see how accurately regular people live there.

Wow Jamila, that Chenot Palace really looks wonderful. I'd heard of some Swiss hotels offering wellness programmes before, but I didn't know that they had them outside of the country. The wellness programme looks really interesting. I haven't had any caffeine for a while (my herbal doctor told me I had to stop!), so I drank this with some herb tea and it was so relaxing. Thank you so much for sharing this, and thanks to the hotel too!

Good informational video on this location. Were the only one staying there at the time? I couldn't do without caffeine and would be ready for a juicy burger!

Thank you and we'll done vlog. You made it inviting. I am not a social person although talk non-stop when nervous. I would enjoy riding a bike around thr lake or exercising in the private gym. Only difficulty would be no coffee. However , they even cover that with a three day package. Now to save up for a passport.
Yes it is quite challenging with coffee but they offer barley coffee as an alternative
