Mt Elbert with you! lol This was a blast to watch guys; really a fantastic video for a fantastic day. Glad we all made it to the summit, the weather looked questionable there for a bit but that's just part of the story. So happy I had the chance to meet y'all out there and best of luck on your future adventures! Sincerely your friend from Tennessee - Sam
@@Pietop Thank you so much Sam! We hoped you would get to see this video! It was an awesome memory and getting to meet you definitely made it even better!🙌🏼 We are in TN too so if you ever want to catch up we are all for it!😁
@@floriangerdes Hahaha well maybe one day!! But hiking a 14er really isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but we really enjoyed the challenge!! Thank you again for your support Florian!🥰
Oatmeal and eye did 3 this year...making Oatmeal's count three 14ers...Eye have climbed 28 of them. Check out our channel for the 3 that we did this year...thanks.
We haven’t used them much but we were recently in Alaska and used them on a hike and loved them so I think we may be converted!🤣 Would you recommend them?
@@JourneyMore Not really. Living on the east coast now puts most of those mountains out of my realm. My goal was to do GTNP when I hit my weight goal but injury put that on hold. I may try to to the 55 mile foothills trail that bounces between GA and SC next year.
Hahaha 14,000 is definitely a different animal!🤣 But completing the challenge, seeing the view and having those memories makes it 100% worth it!! Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoyed it!😁
Have you hiked a 14er? If so, which one(s)?? If not, would you hike one?😁
