One of our FAVORITE snacks is one we mix up ourselves….hear me out….we buy a bucket of regular popcorn and we get Mickey beignets…when we finish our beignets there’s always tons of powdered sugar in the bottom of the bag…..we dump our popcorn into the bag, shake it up and then we have a yummy sweet & savory treat! We’ve done this for years and it is ALWAYS a hit!

LOVE the oatmeal raisin cookie at all of the candy/ cookie locations. With a cup of coffee 🤌🏻. Worst thing ever has been the spicy beef kabob at bengal bbq. We used to love bengal, but the last time we went, the quality of beef was gag level- literally- so tough and gristle filled that you had to swallow each piece whole! It would not break down one pull apart! We had a group of 7 people and we all ended up dumping most of our food in the trash.
I got the cheesy garlic pretzel bread after watching your video it’s definitely one of my new favorites!! 😊Also I just tried the gray stuff for the first time it was the spring stuff it was awesome!
I really want to try that Cinnamon roll. That is # 1 on my list to try. I love snacks. I prefer them over meals. I feel like I'm not wasting them. I'm not a big eater. Churros and popcorn work for me. Then I have the meal for dinner. That Firehouse chocolate chip mint sundae. Looks so good. 🍨🍿

We actually did eat it in a video maybe a week ago. The DCA rides in one day video. At the end we went to Jolly Holiday for dinner after hopping to Disneyland.
My favorite Disneyland snacks are churros! Close second with the stuffed pretzel that’s filled with cream cheese or sweet cream or something like that lol

The Raspberry Rose Macaron is delicious, I don't know where they get the Raspberries, but they were so good! The Cheesy Garlic Pretzel Bread/Bengal BBQ Skewers is a great lunch/dinner! I'm not a big coffee drinker but the Cold Brew Black Caf is yummy, it's great with the Polystarch Puffbread for a quick breakfast.

We didn’t snack a lot because my daughter has Invisalign, which makes it a pain to eat often, but we did try a couple of things. Mickey beignets & the pretzel bread at Oga’s was 👩🍳 💋. Also, Disneyland mobile ordering was fantastic. As a first timer it was easy to use and the windows were clearly labeled. We had a great trip!
My fav is the troubadour baked potato with butter and sour cream only. They used to put broccoli on it but I guess no more. Also the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo at Jolly H. (I know these are more food/meal items.) 😊 The pecan caramel turtles at Crystal palace also tasty. And a churro without it dipped in sugar, is fried dough goodness.
I love the Spicy Chicken Waffle from Sleepy Hollow. And this year, we are getting the Tropical Serenade from Aloha Isle which is a DOLE Whip Float with POG juice and a coconut cake pop.
What about the mini corn dogs from cafe daisys?! 😅 Can’t believe I was there last week and didn’t get a dole whip 🤦♀️ it was so busy at the parks though and so even though I’ve been prepping for FOREVER, it slipped my mind in the chaos 😂
I guess you could eat those as a snack! I was thinking more of a kid's meal. Didn't include the baked mac and cheese at Tiana's either, as it's more a side to a meal, but could be ordered as a snack as well. As I mentioned, was mostly just focusing in on the snack specific items, but there's lots of foods you can turn into a snack at Disney!
My favorite is the puff pastry at the milk stand, a must-get every time I visit. Worst foods: The cinnamon rolls you love at Jolly Holiday and their chocolate croissant, both of which are super dry (once you've had Cinnibon, nothing else compares), Refreshment Corner hot dogs or sandwiches (stale, dry bun that falls apart), ice cream sandwich from the carts (almost broke a tooth biting into it), burger from Galactic Grill and at DCA’s Smokejumpers and pizza at Alien Pizza Planet.
The cold brew black caf is so legit. So is the raspberry Mickey macaroon. Really looking forward to the summer seasonal treats vid. Hoping Jolly Holiday brings back the S’Mores Macaroon, bc when I went last June, they weren’t offering it that day (at least when I went to mobile order mid afternoon).
I’ll definitely be doing a Summer Seasonal video. When all depends on the date it starts, as we will be at WDW May 16-25. But I’ll try to get it out as soon as possible.
Team GREEN over here! I love the tropical flavor! My fave snacks are churros and regular beignets. The goody goody donuts are also a new fave bcuz my kids who are allergic to eggs can eat them! I also like popcorn in theory but dont usually get it.. it smells soo good though everytime you pass it!

I heard theyre "unintentionally vegan", so I think there may not be milk either. I've been on the lookout for more allergy friendly (vegan) options for my kids allergies so I'm super happy they can have this treat, since they cant share my churros or beignets.
Literally paused my tv to yell at Disneyland in anger and confusion over the fact that you said they discontinued the pork lumpia at the Tropical Hideaway. 😭😢😞😫 This is my very favorite thing to eat in the park and I get it every night I’m in the park. I love the ambiance of the TH at night, and the lumpia just made me so happy. This news breaks my Disney loving heart. Especially since I will be at the park later this month and I was so looking forward to my lumpia. Whoever made this decision has some ‘splaining to do. Hopefully they realize their mistake and bring it back immediately 🤞🏻🙏🏻
My 2015 experience at Disneyland included almost uniformly wonderful bread, even just on the sandwiches. You'll notice I said ALMOST because the biscuits at Plaza Inn that came with their good fried chicken were among the worst I have ever had in my life. It seemed as if they had been cooked hours in advance and just left to sit because they were hard like a hockey puck. Maybe the folks at Disneyland should hire someone from the American south to keep an eye on these things because it's not hard to serve them soft. Thanks for your videos! I had to research the Veggie Wrap. At first I thought you meant the green breakfast burrito, which I had and thought was decent, not as good as smokejumpers chorizo, but decent. Then I saw the actual Veggie Wrap on the lunch menu and that thing looks 🥴. I’ll give it a try though!

I’ll be there Tuesday, the 9th, mostly at Disneyland probably. At least in the AM. I haven’t planned out what I’m filming yet, so it may take me over to DCA at some point, but it would be after 11 AM at the earliest.
Fantastic video - much needed. For terrible food - we got the worst item from Ogas Cantina - Bread was awful Batuu Wilds Bounty Pastrami-infused Whipped Cheese, Mustard Seed Spheres, Pastrami, Chervil, Pickle Ribbons and Pickle Salt served with Warm Focaccia Bread

I did the walk up list. But I also went in the AM when there’s hardly anyone there and that’s easy to get. If you can make a reservation, that will be less stressful than worrying about getting in or not.
They have top 20 lists. Even a “top 50” but generally they are all over the resort. And even the ones at park specific locations aren’t EVERYTHING. I mean, I just came across a snack today that’s at Disney Springs that I want to try because a friend went last week and got it. And I’ve watched a couple dozen DFB snack videos and they never once mentioned this item. That’s why I want an all-inclusive park by park snack list. Everyone has different tastes. I want a list of every snack and make the decision for myself whether I want to try it. I mean, I essentially want this video but at the WDW parks. 😂
The only item I’ve not enjoyed from the entire Disneyland Resort was the Hot Link Corn Dog from Corn Dog Castle. It was way too spicy, way too big, and had SO much breading lol My favorite has been the Mickey Full Body Gingerbread Man (seasonal) and the Bratwurst from Edelweiss! ☺️
All the reasons you listed for not liking the Hot Link are why I like it. 🤣 So of course these worst foods vid will be subjective. But hopefully we can get enough general consensus items.
I’m not sure if you have already done this type of video, but can you do one of breakfast items not at table service restaurant’s. I’ve been seeing a stuffed waffle of some sort ( I believe from Disneyland) but have not found a video on it. The cheese garlic bread is good, but I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning from it😕 They just sit in those warm rotating thingys, so they cheese is just sitting out as well
Did you know that, according to Food Theory, the "grey stuff" in Beauty and The Beast is foie gras, which is liver of duck or goose, but since a lot of bad overfeeding-force-feeding of the birds for the foie gras happened, it got banned in the US, so Disneyland and Disneyworld just call it the grey stuff, and try to hide the fact that at least in the movie, it's foie gras. (at disneyland its just some dessert, not actually foie gras, obviously)
I have the Inspire and my family has Believe. Inspire’s free parking perk literally pays for the pass with how often I visit. Prior to this year, we had my family on Enchant, but Disney keeps taking away more and more weekends from that pass’s availability, plus my family wants to visit with me during the summer and Enchant is blocked out all summer long. I would just recommend looking at the blackout calendars and determining when you’d be visiting and if those dates are available on the lowest pass. And if not, move up until you find a pass with the dates you need, then determine if it’s financially a better decision to buy a pass or just visit on one-day tickets. If you will go often enough to break even or save money with the pass you need, then get that pass.
I like most of the food at Disneyland, but asked for foods I don't like and here is my list: pretzel and beer cheese at Pym Test Kitchen (don't like the beer cheese), Green Milk (gross), and chicken tenders
We are agreed on all of those! I didn’t like the beer cheese either. I prefer Blue Milk to Green, though I don’t get either very often. And the chicken tenders are my least favorite of the “generic” park food.
Is it wrong to want to try most of those dessert items? 😂 Love all the Dole Whip flavors. Big fan of the fruity pebbles churro. Biggest regret: not trying the Grey Stuff. Next time...
Grey Stuff! Yes! I think my kids liked the Fruity Pebbles churro. They’re the ones that usually eat those. I think they’re okay, but I prefer chocolatey things. The specialty churros I’ve most enjoyed are the Mint Chocolate and the Cookies and Cream.

Ohhh new video idea? Food items for allergies ? Ex vegan, dairy free, glueten free- lots of online menus don’t specify ! There are several plant based ones but for fun snacks and treats no idea !!
Vegan and Plant-Based are the same thing. There's a pretty hefty list of Gluten-Free options as well. Dairy-Free are probably more hard to come by. But of course the Pineapple DOLE Whip checks all of those boxes!

95% of the popcorn is Buttered only. But one cart next to Carthay Circle in DCA has Caramel. And the Popcone at the Cozy Cones in DCA has a few different flavors, but it changes all the time. Amy just reminded me that occasionally Kat Saka’s Kettle in Galaxy’s Edge has different popcorn, but I wouldn’t call a flavor. It’s like a different mix entirely. And it’s not always good. Strange is more of a better word. That mix also changes a lot, so it’s hard to peg down exactly what’s there.

@@soniaz1487 That would be neat, however Japan is a different thing entirely as it’s not even owned by Disney. So they wouldn’t likely bring over that food. It’s completely owned by the Oriental Land Company and they have full ownership regarding the operations of the Tokyo parks.
First off, pickles are not silly, how dare you. Second, the worst thing I had on my last trip was, unfortunately, the corndog from the Little Red Wagon. Everyone always raved about them, so I made a point to get one, and it was cold, burnt, the stick was like 2 inches long and had been battered and fried. It looked like Mickey Mouse himself had made that corndog with his giant gloved hands. A very expensive mess.
I know a lot of people love the pickles. Haha. If it makes you feel better, my favorite Disney snack is a pineapple spear and I glossed over that too as just “fruit” As far as corn dogs go, my preferred is the Hot Link in DCA. I’m not wild about the regular variety either.

Worst food for me was the monte Christo. First and only time I had it made me sick, ruined my trip. It’s composed of one slice of ham, half slice of cheese surrounded by lots of oily, fried battered bread sprinkled with powdered sugar. The worst!!

I will give you that the Cinnamon Rolls are prepared very inconsistently. I’ve had amazing ones and just subpar ones.

Worst Food - pizza at pizza planet. I thought my kid was joking when she said it was awful. No, worst pizza I've ever eaten!

My 2015 experience at Disneyland included almost uniformly wonderful bread, even just on the sandwiches.
You'll notice I said ALMOST because the biscuits at Plaza Inn that came with their good fried chicken were among the worst I have ever had in my life. It seemed as if they had been cooked hours in advance and just left to sit because they were hard like a hockey puck. Maybe the folks at Disneyland should hire someone from the American south to keep an eye on these things because it's not hard to serve them soft.

Worst food I’ve had is the veggie wrap at Galactic Grill. Also the spaghetti & meatballs on the kids menu at Alien Pizza Planet.
I had to research the Veggie Wrap. At first I thought you meant the green breakfast burrito, which I had and thought was decent, not as good as smokejumpers chorizo, but decent.
Then I saw the actual Veggie Wrap on the lunch menu and that thing looks 🥴. I’ll give it a try though!

I concur about the Tiger Tail bread stick at Bengal Barbecue. Not good at all. Probably the worst thing we had in the park this past week.

That bread from Oga’s looked amazing! Did you have to make a reservation to go in and get it?
I did the walk up list. But I also went in the AM when there’s hardly anyone there and that’s easy to get. If you can make a reservation, that will be less stressful than worrying about getting in or not.
DFB has all the snacks for Disney world
They have top 20 lists. Even a “top 50” but generally they are all over the resort. And even the ones at park specific locations aren’t EVERYTHING.
I mean, I just came across a snack today that’s at Disney Springs that I want to try because a friend went last week and got it.
And I’ve watched a couple dozen DFB snack videos and they never once mentioned this item.
That’s why I want an all-inclusive park by park snack list. Everyone has different tastes. I want a list of every snack and make the decision for myself whether I want to try it.
I mean, I essentially want this video but at the WDW parks. 😂

The only item I’ve not enjoyed from the entire Disneyland Resort was the Hot Link Corn Dog from Corn Dog Castle. It was way too spicy, way too big, and had SO much breading lol
My favorite has been the Mickey Full Body Gingerbread Man (seasonal) and the Bratwurst from Edelweiss! ☺️
All the reasons you listed for not liking the Hot Link are why I like it. 🤣
So of course these worst foods vid will be subjective. But hopefully we can get enough general consensus items.

I’m not sure if you have already done this type of video, but can you do one of breakfast items not at table service restaurant’s. I’ve been seeing a stuffed waffle of some sort ( I believe from Disneyland) but have not found a video on it. My family and I will be rope dropping in May and would like to get some ideas on quick service breakfast ideas…

They just sit in those warm rotating thingys, so they cheese is just sitting out as well
Did you know that, according to Food Theory, the "grey stuff" in Beauty and The Beast is foie gras, which is liver of duck or goose, but since a lot of bad overfeeding-force-feeding of the birds for the foie gras happened, it got banned in the US, so Disneyland and Disneyworld just call it the grey stuff, and try to hide the fact that at least in the movie, it's foie gras. (at disneyland its just some dessert, not actually foie gras, obviously)

Fluffy? But not quite like a donut. They’re actually pretty hollow. They aren’t like completely hollow. But there is a fairly large cavity.

What magic key do you have? And what magic key would you recommend for someone out of state?
I have the Inspire and my family has Believe.
Inspire’s free parking perk literally pays for the pass with how often I visit.
Prior to this year, we had my family on Enchant, but Disney keeps taking away more and more weekends from that pass’s availability, plus my family wants to visit with me during the summer and Enchant is blocked out all summer long.
I would just recommend looking at the blackout calendars and determining when you’d be visiting and if those dates are available on the lowest pass. And if not, move up until you find a pass with the dates you need, then determine if it’s financially a better decision to buy a pass or just visit on one-day tickets.
If you will go often enough to break even or save money with the pass you need, then get that pass.
I like most of the food at Disneyland, but asked for foods I don't like and here is my list: pretzel and beer cheese at Pym Test Kitchen (don't like the beer cheese), Green Milk (gross), and chicken tenders
We are agreed on all of those! I didn’t like the beer cheese either. I prefer Blue Milk to Green, though I don’t get either very often. And the chicken tenders are my least favorite of the “generic” park food.

Grey Stuff! Yes! I think my kids liked the Fruity Pebbles churro. They’re the ones that usually eat those.
I think they’re okay, but I prefer chocolatey things.
The specialty churros I’ve most enjoyed are the Mint Chocolate and the Cookies and Cream.

Ohhh new video idea? Food items for allergies ? Ex vegan, dairy free, glueten free- lots of online menus don’t specify ! There are several plant based ones but for fun snacks and treats no idea !!
Vegan and Plant-Based are the same thing. There's a pretty hefty list of Gluten-Free options as well. Dairy-Free are probably more hard to come by. But of course the Pineapple DOLE Whip checks all of those boxes!

Are the Disneyland popcorns plain or do they have various flavors like in the Disney resorts in Japan?
95% of the popcorn is Buttered only.
But one cart next to Carthay Circle in DCA has Caramel. And the Popcone at the Cozy Cones in DCA has a few different flavors, but it changes all the time.
Amy just reminded me that occasionally Kat Saka’s Kettle in Galaxy’s Edge has different popcorn, but I wouldn’t call a flavor. It’s like a different mix entirely. And it’s not always good. Strange is more of a better word. That mix also changes a lot, so it’s hard to peg down exactly what’s there.

@@soniaz1487 That would be neat, however Japan is a different thing entirely as it’s not even owned by Disney. So they wouldn’t likely bring over that food.
It’s completely owned by the Oriental Land Company and they have full ownership regarding the operations of the Tokyo parks.

First off, pickles are not silly, how dare you. Second, the worst thing I had on my last trip was, unfortunately, the corndog from the Little Red Wagon. Everyone always raved about them, so I made a point to get one, and it was cold, burnt, the stick was like 2 inches long and had been battered and fried. It looked like Mickey Mouse himself had made that corndog with his giant gloved hands. A very expensive mess.
I know a lot of people love the pickles. Haha. If it makes you feel better, my favorite Disney snack is a pineapple spear and I glossed over that too as just “fruit”
As far as corn dogs go, my preferred is the Hot Link in DCA. I’m not wild about the regular variety either.

Worst food for me was the monte Christo. First and only time I had it made me sick, ruined my trip. It’s composed of one slice of ham, half slice of cheese surrounded by lots of oily, fried battered bread sprinkled with powdered sugar. The worst!!
I just had it for the first time last night. I enjoyed it. 😅
Tasted like a ham and cheese sandwich mixed with French toast sticks.
