If you like Foxbody mustangs YOU HAVE TO LIKE THIS VIDEO! I’m a life long fox platform guy and I’ve never seen anything like this. Some people think they know mustangs… and this man actually does.
Awesome content I had no idea you would be able to fix a mustang like this,it would be awesome for more details or more information/ content great work
Looks awesome, hopefully get to see it when you finish it. Probably stronger than it was before with the stitch welds added. Seen a lot of cars clipped and really like the way you did this build.
This reminds me of the show “The Six Million Dollar Man” from the 70s…… “We can rebuild him. We have the technology.” 😁 Yes I’m old . Enjoying videos sir. Good to see another fox saved👍
I need a guy like you as a neighbor. I wish you would show more of the actual work in progress. IE: Show me the disassembly, the cutting, the welding, and the reassembly. You do great work, I want to see it in progress.
Great job I am not a body guy but like you said that's the only way to fix it ! Yeah you could of cut and sectioned but the end result not as solid as this in my mind
As much as we love Foxbodies, they are kind of a tin can! My 86 convert has the braces in the bottom of the cowl, my 84 GT doesn't. If makes a difference when trying to cut out rust and patch floors.
Any time I've ever seen someone who cares clip a car it was better than factory. Nobody would make a car that solid from the factory. I don't know why people gotta hate. I say another Cobra got saved. Good for you.
Do you mount doors and hatch before all welds are completed? Or you confident the tolerances are close to factory requiring very little use of shims if necessary. Great video and work👌👌👌
No. I measure everything on the LX before I gutted it. And with all the factory alignment marks aligning up. I didn't see a need to install the doors or hatch. Also I've never seen a shim in a factory door. They do use some small ones on the hatch hing and the lower fender bolts.
Do you find that the spot welds are in exactly the same spot from car to car (like a robot did it), or are they hit and miss for location (like a human did it)? This car will feel so super solid when you are done. Nice work! Looking forward to following the rest of this build!!👍👍
Only if ya were my mechanic, got my motor in my car, started was running, died won’t start back has spark, fuel, hits but want start, it was running good when it was running tho
Bro if some dipshit hits the dislike, he isn't worth your time! All of us know the quality that you put out and all of us love that you take the time for us who are interested!!! Just block them and tell them that its possible that one day they can move out of their grandma's basement!!
Would you consider doing a car for someone else I have a 85 mercury capri 5.0 solid car that someone has messed the paint and a few other things from the factory up
As always I really enjoy quality work being done, better than factory. Your products are really amazing.
Best build on RUclips! Thanks for taking us along on the journey!
I recently found your channel and I have loved everything I have watched. Wish I had the knowledge you have on these cars! And a garage, Lol
That right there is why subframe stiffeners make such a different for Fox body’s. Great work brother!
I need to bring my rusted SSP your way. You’re working miracles. Great Job!

New subscriber here. Love what you are doing with this Cobra….. 👍👍👍
Top notch work, brother! I'm really enjoying this build. Looking forward to the next one.
This is a great project! Looking forward to future episodes on it.
Your project is moving fast and looks great
Love watching your videos. Finally someone who knows what the Fu?! They are doing. Keep up the good work!!
I would say you have nothing to worry about with your work sir More weld then the factory equals a stronger car. Very nice work
That ol girl is going to be stronger than the day it was new. Nice work!
Amazing work…. Keep saving them 👍
Looks nice out. Here in Maine it’s cold. Good work
Nice work! I'm happy to see you saving this Cobra.
Built Ford Tuff, lol. Good job my man, gave me some good ideas on a few things.
FoxBody Fixer!!! I love this channel & content.
Looks awesome, hopefully get to see it when you finish it. Probably stronger than it was before with the stitch welds added. Seen a lot of cars clipped and really like the way you did this build.
Thansk. I'm hoping to have it somewhat assembled in a few weeks. All depends on time.
Beyond awesome, very cool to see how you did this.
This reminds me of the show “The Six Million Dollar Man” from the 70s……

Yes I’m old . Enjoying videos sir. Good to see another fox saved👍
Amazing brother beautiful job brother love it beautiful
Very informative, great content. Keep the videos coming.
Got me thinking about adding some beads on mine while it's stripped down. Thanks for the dissection analysis. I'm sure most unibody cars are similar.
Ya. I'd say most are probably the same. If you're building any kind of track car or even a restoration a few extra welds wouldn't hurt.
It's obvious that you know what you're doing. That car waited a long time before it found the right person to fix it.
Fantastic job. That is pretty intimidating work for people who haven’t been that far into a car , and you made it look easy. Nice work Stiles 👍🏼
Lookin' Good!!...that is a lot of progress in a relatively short time.
I think it looks great!! Keep up the good work.
Looking good!
Great work. Thanks for the awesome content.
Great work so far ..can't wait for next video 👍
Nice job keep up the good work and thanks for the videos
Fantastic work bro holy shit !! Keep up the great work.
Lookin forward to seeing ole fubar come together
I need a guy like you as a neighbor.

Gonna be better than new in no time. Keep at it man!
Looking great 👍
🤩Gooder 💪🏼than new! Great work👍🏼🤙🏼
your're the man! showing me a lot thanks
Great job saving this one!
Foxbody are known to tear in half like paper when they get at a certain angle.
Great job as always.👍
It’s gonna look clean when it’s done. Can’t wait
Frankenstang is pretty cool.
Great job I am not a body guy but like you said that's the only way to fix it ! Yeah you could of cut and sectioned but the end result not as solid as this in my mind
This project is wicked. 😊
Great work

Awesome job
Fun project to follow.

Most are very close car to car. However I have seen some in spots that the other chassis didn't have. But for the most part they are in the same spot
This is dam impressive i know these cars are like a tin can i have a 90 lx this shit makes me want a cage !!
Great job!!!!
Only if ya were my mechanic, got my motor in my car, started was running, died won’t start back has spark, fuel, hits but want start, it was running good when it was running tho

You're doing a awesome job. Can't wait for the finished cobrastein. Looks good.
Would you consider doing a car for someone else I have a 85 mercury capri 5.0 solid car that someone has messed the paint and a few other things from the factory up
Great job, don’t pay him no attention ( thumbs down guys)
Call it "Project Identity Crisis”
With all the factory welds not that good in these cars...makes you think how cars are built now a days..but now they want 50 to 80k
🤘🏻
Nice save. PS don’t feed the trolls.
It's just 1 and I know who he is. I appreciate the positive feedback man
Do you have any extra cobra bumpers or wings ?
I don't man. I sure wish I had some extras
I love your vids. I have redo and restore a lot of parts on my 91 fox from what you post on you tube.
You need to change the name of the channel to foxmaster
Better than ford welds
I want it...😂
