I have extreme anxiety, l now have long coved with severe ME/CFS lm housebound/chairbound, lm on my own trapped in my house and in a body that doesn't work and l can't get out! Relying on an old phone and tablet to buy stuff online and if anything is wrong with anything l buy l have no way to return it. My energy levels are so low l can't speak. So every day is ground hog day. I don't see or speak to anyone. Who would not be anxious and terrified! Im scared this is it for ever. And with severe ME/CFS you lose all access to health care as you just can't go to any appointments because of PEM crash

So very sorry. I have long covid w new heart problems in addition to severe neuro symptoms. Feel boiling hot with 97.3 F temp in 62 degree room.’trying to find md to help me. No luck. The anxiety that is not regular anxiety, feels like fear is the worst. I don’t know anyone personally with LC, so it is hard to cope. I say I cannot exercise, I don’t have the breath, let alone muscle strength. friends think it is laziness, it’s hurtful. What happened to humanity I wonder to myself each day struggling to just keep living. I push very hard to get things done, through pain. But if your body won’t go, what to do?
I feel your pain, and hope and pray doctors will help us and return us to health this year. Doctors please help us. Be well.🙏

The anxiety I have with Long Covid is very different from any anxiety I've ever suffered before. Friends and family have isolated me. No support from them at all. Not sure my GP is of any support, or particularly understanding. Just offers pharma meds, nothing else.

Hey Dont buy so much shit you dont need or stuff you need to return. In case your troubles started during pandemic like for me, it can be solved. If you can crawl, do that. I did. Buy electrolytes and try fasting, I did 2 day, 3 day and twice 4 day, during past year. Cut out carbs. Do what you must to get good sleep, relax. Always give 60% of what you got, and dont give up. its better to burn up then fade away! oh also, try a medication that bring inflamation down, cant say what is best for you, but I went with Coxolin, 30mg/day. Destroyed stomach so be careful, but wow so much better.
