Man, what is this event?! In the last event they asked for Minnie and Pete who are exactly the only racers I don't have so I waited until this event and now you need to have wall-e at 2 stars? I had to spend 800 blue coins for the wall-e pack (5 shards) when I just needed 1 shard, all that just to unlock eva.
@Gianni13072 Same with me, I need 1 Wall-E shard just to level him up to 2 stars!
I love this game but it honesty seams like their trying to make their whole casuall playerbase quit.
This is so sneaky. Instead of a cup where 25% of community (as for wall-e it was nerfed from 30) would unlock her at all, we need wall-e to obtain her meaning only THE SAME 25% of community from back then can get her as outside of that there were just...2 shards locked behind Pete and Minie? It's all F2P speaking of course, but no F2P has those mid-season racers either unless ranked tokens were spent xd
This effectively means even less people has any chance of obtaining a racer without engaging in gacha boxes.
This is cruel.
A ftp player could defently have a 2 star Walie. But you would have had to place top 5% in his event. Which I did on my main acount but on a alt acount.
They always find a way to make these events worse.
I bet they're desperate more money. Hence why they've been making the events shittier.
@ryuno2097 And yet it's an ass backwards way of doing it. The more players that feel discouraged to keep playing the game because they can't keep up with events, the more players leave the game, the less people you have willing to pay for anything, so you have to gouge the people who keep playing even more.

I admire the innovation of the creative side of the game in terms of how they replicate the style of the movies with the great tracks and character designs and fun music remixes. And I equally loathe the innovation of the business side for pure scumbaggery.
Also just noticed they jacked up the Level 50+ Season Box Credits XP requirement from being 3500 each time to starting at 4400 and I assume it only goes up (but I only just now got there).

I will note that you can fully complete Dancing Among the Stars with only a level 25 Wall-e. You’ll have to fight tooth and nail for it but it’s certainly possible

I'm very sad the path Speedstorm is taking. It already have very few players loging every day and now gameloft make one step ahead pay-to-win. I've spent some money in the game already, but I'm not going to spend any more cause I don't believe the game is goind to last many years.
As much as I want to open the EVE boxes, I’m still saving tokens for the next golden passes. It just doesn’t seem fair to expect people to already level her up just to get a high rank.
Absolutely terrible eve events. FTP has no chance of getting this character.

@@HighLanderPonyYT the majority will not have a 2 star Wall-E (unless they buy a shard pack) to get the shards. Most FTP players will not have had Pete or Minnie to have gotten the previous Eve event shards. I've been playing since Lilo and Stitch season and am still missing Pete shards.
Unfortunately im in the top 0% because i don't have her unlocked snd probably won't get her unlocked. O don't understand why Gameloft is do determinated to kill the game
It's great for all who at least got WALL-E, but it's pure mockery for everyone else 😑 Seriously, these events feel less like an opportunity and more like GL rubbing it in our faces when we didn't get enough shards beforehand 😓
I'm not saying they should make it totally easy to get midseason racers. It's good that it's challenging, so that unlocking the character feels like an actual reward.
My point is, these challenges should give everyone a fair chance to unlock a character, and imo GL made a huge step backwards with EVE
Another option is that once you unlocked EVE, try on ranked MP. 😂
This just sad for me because I do not even owned Wall-E and eve. So this challenge is a pass for me.
I don't have steamboat pete, minnie and woody are at 1 star since i literally just got them though i do have wall e...who is at star 1 with 8 shards, so can't even attempt this
Because of the map they chose you can win the lvl 32 wall-e mission with a lvl 25 wall-e. The bots try to get the items at the end instead of cutting the corner and taking the shorter way so if you can keep up till there you can pass them by ignoring the items
Even as a somewhat experienced player for Speedstorm, I know this is going to be a massive struggle for me.
I can't even unlock eve because my Wall-e is only lvl 15. I tried spending some tokens on the Eve banner, sadly i didn't get any shards. Guess i wont be doing this event. 😂

Bit off topic but does anyone know if there is an Ursula star up pack?
I can’t for the life of me shave it below 2:01 in the regulated solo track (level 30, so closest I can get to my actual Eve). My time trial was 2:04.7 or something, which puts me in top 25%… the problem is I can’t find where my mistakes are, I cut every corner, take the shortest route, maintain boost uptime like a maniac, and I’m still nowhere near close to 1:56 like some people are doing with a lvl 25 Eve.
Would you mind watching a 2 min video and pointing out what I’m doing wrong? My MPR is 30 with a 3 star Ariel (now 4 star), but racing and time trials feel like a different game. Defenders especially!

Should i get my lvl 15 Wall-E to 23 MPR just to get 9 EVE shards...
Or should i just drop the game until they improve things for F2P players?
I only have 1 Eve Shard left to get because I didn’t have Pete Unlocked.....so I can’t even compete in the Axiom Cup.....i also only have a 1 Star Level 15 Wall-E so I can’t even compete the First 2 Objectives for 5 Eve Shards since they require a Level 22 Wall-E......awesome job again Speedstorm 😒, I’d need to get to MPR 23 just to get enough Wall-E Shards to 2 Star him.....for all I know that’s impossible.....
@@HighLanderPonyYTDoesn’t one of the Level 22 objectives require that I need to use my Unique Skill though? Cause don’t you need to be 2 Stars with any Racer to unlock their Unique Skill?

The eve events was not bad at all but you are ruined the gameloft itself, to this all dissapointing critics

This event is pretty easy for Eve, got to 2 stars free and maxed prize already , just a bit harder on mobile compared to ps5

i got top 140 as a lvl 25 eve with 1 purple top speed survivor, i was surprised, i guess not that many people have tried it yet
didn't spend a thing on her or any boxes, just got her from getting wall-e from past event

This cup is definitely abnormal, at the moment of I leave this comment you temporarily fall out of top 10% and I never expected that base on your skill level
I might quit this game after this season. I’m just very disappointed with the state of this game. They’re asking for too much money this is ridiculous, it’s hurting me & it’s hurting other players.
They’re asking for too much all the devs does is make up gamble. Gameloft is killing this game.
Well you are complaining and critics about axiom cup and dancing of the stars event is totally ruined, im very disagree about your complaining about eve events, in my opinion myself im really to say, the eve events was not bad at all.
