I love this video, I feel like I am right there with you! Also, Dubai is so awesome! I visited last year from San Francisco where I live and hope to get back there! Thank you fo posting this!
Nice I have one as well! I notice that on 3 gear the gearbox seems to slip a little bit on several occasions, mine does this as well and sometimes a bit harder shift into fourth gear. Are you experiencing this as well?
Yes that’s something fairly odd that happens, can almost hear a knocking sound. Spoke with a few guys and can confirm that it appears to be a transmission fluid related issue. Going to flush and redo all the seals next time it goes to the shop.
@@v8dxb yeah I agree. I think the most common fix is to change the oil in the transfer case. If I'm not mistaken Porsche North America did some kind of recall under warranty and changed the whole transfer case. I don't think mine is though since I live in Europe. However quite a lot of people seems to have a better experience after changing oil. However it also seems to be kind of software related since if I accelerate very carefully the shifting is smoother and no slip on third gear, on horder acceleration as well like 3.5 k rpm or above it's very good as well so I don't think the gearbox has an issue really but the slipping on third is indeed a bit annoying and a littlebit worrisome for me at least. Otherwise and insane car I think is amazing
i hate that ticking compass sound in my cayenne as well What i find nice about the cayenne is the soft idle and smooth pulls but honestly its kind of rough drive from 1st to 3rd then gets real smooth, you think its a transfer case issue?
Love your car and GJ your comments!!
I have cayenne GTS so I pleasure at watching same car type owners POV👍
Nice car! Enjoy it. Just bought a Cayenne GTS 958 (facelift) but the V8 sounds definitely better.

Yes 😢
Needs to be calibrated everyday I guess lol.
For the rough drive get your transmission fluid changed. You’ll notice a huge difference.
Nice. but in Porsche cayenne has one problem Cayenne doesn't have a 7(Seven) Seater Option.
Yes that’s correct - the only option we’ve got is the five seater.
@@v8dxb thats a blessing not a problem - imagine performance balance on a 7 seater
Bro what do you do for living
