hate to tell you this, but the street that is marked as Napoleon Ave. in the vid is actually Louisiana Ave. Napoleon is in between Louisiana and Jefferson.
Tents on St Charles Avenue are ruining the individual parade-goers Mardi Gras experience. People have become very territorial .It's out of hand and should be much more restricted
