What's confusing? They do just what you want. Just the interior or exterior modifications, or just the engine mods... whatever you want. They can send any of their parts you want to your favourite service center, too - if you order and pay for it. That's happening all the time. RDBLA for example regularly seem to order and install bumpers, hood scoops and other exterior parts.
The Mercedes interiors today are miles ahead of the other brands in terms of design. They're just gorgeous...wow.
