They eventually were put back up with those segments missing. New documentaries were made comparing the two events, and they left out how quarantines had been tried and were a bad idea.
Qualified immunity is not just for civil cases. It shields them from both legal and civil matters in regards to a law enforcement officer who violates the rights of a citizen. Its not seldomy used either, exactly the opposite is true.
