P & O Arcadia UK Cruise 2023 and ships Tender Problem

Our 50th Wedding Anniversary cruse to the west coast and islands of the UK in July 2023. The ship was the P & O Arcadia sailing from, and returning to, Southampton England. We drove from Edinburgh, Scotland, to Southampton to catch the ship, sending our luggage ahead with "The Baggage Handling Company" and staying at a hotel in Southampton the night before boarding. There was a tender problem when being transported to one of our ports (around 29 min frm the start of the video)

She was built originally as Queen Victoria for Cunard. I have sailed 3 of her World Cruise legs from Sydney Australia. I had my 21st on the previous Arcadia. She is my favourite ship🙃

I am afraid that P & O cruise ships are not the best prepared for passengers.Back in the day they were Atlantic cruise lines and they did well.Todays cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean look after their customers very well in warmer climates sadly a cruise round the UK is not for us.

I do agree. We have alos travelled on Marella and do prefer them.
