I took a 13-hour flight from Kuala Lumpur to London on 16th September, which happened to be Malaysia Day! Then took the underground to my accommodation, Astor College and finally settled in.

At the same time holding camera, you need to look after and manage you overload luggage including oversize luggage, backpack and sling bag. Really a great effort to vlog this maiden journey!👍

Such a good, entertaining & informative video Nazmi. Like it all. Useful information for international student who is going to study in London especially from Malaysia. The fact that you used underground tube instead of easy way by taxi showed the curiosity & adventure attitudes in you. Salute dude. Finally, by saying Happy Malaysia Day is a sweet way to end the video considering 16 Sept is the formation of the Federation of Malaysia.

My hats off to you for taking the tube across London on your arrival in London. Many of us will take taxi or Uber due to lots of baggages involved. For me i was lucky as my sponsor already planned for a van to pick us up. All the best study in UCL. It was my first choice uni back then, but my student advisor chose another uni for me, a bit sad but alhamdulillah ada hikmahnya jugak hehe.

OMG I've been waiting for ages for someone to actually film the UCL accommodation! Now that I see it, I hope my application get accepted T_T (Haven't started the application but it's definitely my top choice) Also, how did you carry two luggage and hold your camera at the same time?? Pleased to stumble into this 😁. Brought back memories of my journey to study in England years ago. Little advice if I may : There are other Malaysian students there but don't get into the "trap" of just mixing with them. Get to know and befriend local British as well as other foreign students - that's the real life changing experience of studying overseas.

@@nazmi9 Righto! Btw the sink at 6:39 if it has hot water it's also for washing face using soapy towel. That will be your daily shower, at least mine during most winter days.
