Привет. В России начинает теплеть... Мы тоже живём в своём доме... И с наступлением оттепели хочется заняться огородом. Я уже посеял землянику(красную и жёлтую). Скоро пойдут помидоры и перцы. По поводу беременности... Вы замечательно выглядите для близнецов, при том что не так много времени прошло после кесарево. Мне 2 года потребовалось чтоб полностью остановиться.... И много сахара тоже нормально с учётом что кормишь грудью двоих.... У меня тоже ребятишки плакали после вечернего сна, особенно если он приходил я с 4-6вечера. Всё хорошо. Какая дочка у вас красавица... Удачи. С нетерпением жду следующей встречи😊

I can eat the gluten just fine in Europe, but the pasta here in America that is made in Italy bothers me. And through research, I learned exactly what your husband said, it's totally true. Too bad the American standards aren't as high. I order my flour from France which it doesn't bother my intolerance at all...just pricey but it's worth it. Sending love & light to you ❤

Maybe you guys should eat together at a dinner table, brings everyone together. It's more peaceful and less chaotic, helps control portion sizes and eat healthier.
