OMG those printed fabrics! Those are my favorite thing that you bought! Which is weird cuz, duh, Japanese stationery and art supplies of course! But those super saturated, bright patterns just do something to me.
Gouache don't go bad if they are the water ones (as himi) and not the acrylic type! Put a lot of water back in the containers and stir them up with a toothpick! Good as new
hi! ukiyo-e is essentially an art style during the shogunate years, and it's woodblock prints and paintings depicting everyday life! it's the most common form of traditional jp art found in the west, and a lot of western artists look to ukiyo-e for inspo
@@ft1851 thank you for watching! I have not but I’ve heard of that method! I may invest in the Himi gouache again in the future if I choose to use it more :)
Would love a video of the art books, a look through video would be wonderful. Thank you for the great video. 😊
It seems like quite a few people are interested in art book review :) I'll try to make one in the future! Thank you for your support!
Yes please, and keep the same style of close-ups if you can. It’s so lovely!! You’re a great videographer.

B and H are hardness ratings for pencil leads. HB is in the middle, and roughly equivalent to a No. 2 I think.
Make a pillow out of the handkerchief. It would be adorable.
