Here are mine: 1) Reach highest GURU on all life skilling, 2) have maxed out gear on PVE/PVP/Life Skilling, 3) reach 1 triljon 1000Gold Bars, 4) Reach highest level on the server, 5) stock pile the storage with 1 biljon of each most expensive resources.

I still have not reached my goal but i make about 11-13 biljon silver a day. With nodes, workers, imperial cooking/alchmey, pve grinding. And im still Miles away from achieving my goal

I think you should stay on season until you reach enough AP/DP to grind mid to end game content, nowadays that's probably around 291ap/380dp, but it really is up to you to decide. I have 320ap and 400dp on my main yet I am still grinding on season, that's because I want to reach 1 million time-filled stones to make lots of loot scrolls, it's not efficient but it motivates me to keep grinding.
The Elten piece is a very very very rare treasure piece, it's hard to estimate exactly how long it takes to get it at either regular or dekhia but at least dekhia makes decent silver/h ! But regular is still a totally acceptable option
Yeah I never really played anything else since starting 9 years ago, last year I averaged 4h of grinding a day but I always tried to optimize my afk time too, horse training/fishing for long hours, low mastery processing for mid and cooking/alchemy for short afk sessions

Is Dekhia Hystria better for compass grind than a regular hystria?
