Hey. How did you spec the diff? I know the 9 inch is usuall off center to the passenger side. Did Currie build it to your requirements? Build looks amazing
While I like four wheel disc in modern suspension cars with nice weight distribution, and usually front wheel drive, I have never really felt a positive difference on front heavy rear wheel drive cars with rear disc. Besides the guy who owns the car likes to do the occasional burnout! This is a rather old stage of this build! In the initial stages of the 55 project, we outlined something more like your typical roots blower through the hood tr-five, but the project has morphed a bit. The 496 bottom end is done, getting ready to order the heads, we are playing a dangerous compression game with this one, trying to get her to run on pump gas (or at least a slight blend with pump and 110), with a 6-71, and 10.0 static. The body is getting closer to paint, and the tranny stuff is all done! Guess I should shoot a video one of these days.
VERY COOL!! SUBSCRIBED! MORE VIDS PLEASE!
Doing a few every week, unfortunately I do have to do my actual work as well....

Will this work on a 55 chevy truck?
hello great work .I was wondering what length did you use on the rods ?
So why stay with drum brakes?
