At the end of 2022 I decided to quit my $100,000 job to make money online. I recorded this video a few months later in 2023 because I felt it would be helpful for others.
To some it may sound crazy to quit your job but after I learned these 3 important life lessons I decided to quit my job to pursue making money online. It's not easy to escape the 9-5 and I didn’t even know if it would be permanent (it wasn’t), but what I do know is that sometimes we need to do things that make sense for us and our lives. So this is my story of how I quit my $100,000 per year tech sales job, focusing on the 3 main lessons I learned that caused me to ultimately make the decision to quit and escape the 9-5. If a startup asks to stay late, doing overtime with no pay and expected pings and responses at all odds of the hours. I am effectively participating in being crucial to the success of this company, in that sense I am owed equity in the company at least at 5% released stock ownership or monthly RSU release Period.
5% equity!?! lol that’s so much!
@@MikeNardiTV We are talking about a startup, so maybe 2.5 mil investment ATI with like 5-10 founding players. Basically you would be no.5 or no.10 in the company, not asking for much right.
I think most startups might give away 5-10% of the company total across all employees. 5% is a lot
