Crissy's trauma was her mothers verbal abuse calling her fat and always having to let out her clothes. It caused her to become bulimic . Which is why she was throwing up in the bathroom and hearing her mom's voice.

And mike still didn’t say it... he gaslit her for a second too saying she’s being ridiculous and then he just beat around the bush with compliments and what he thinks of her but love isn’t something to think of her/anyone... not a “nice little speech”... ok he thinks she’s the most incredible person he’s ever met and a superhero and whatever but he still can’t say he loves her...
