Yes, you are correct but if you will see we are using a date slicer in the report if you select that slicer it will show sales according to that slicer and there is another formula to replicate sales of previous year

Hi, In real time the project starts from understanding the requirements & gathering data, this can take a lot of time, maybe 1-2 sprints. If all things are handy and clear then you can create the dashboard in maximum 3 days.

I want to add below the TOTAL a subtotal for each product category that will show the annual sales number per each category for that year.

how Sales = SUM(Sales_Data[Sales]) is eqal to CY sales. It actually calculating sales across all the years presented in the table
