Oh my gosh! I've been waiting for this! Always loving when you share your experiences with these amazing oils and products! Personally, I totally love Shinrin-Yoku! It actually helps keep my focus up throughout the day and gets me going. This morning, I put a few drops of Shinrin-Yoku paired with Eucalyptus in the bottom of my shower. Oh my! I felt like I was in the middle of a tropical rainforest! It was invigorating and energizing to me! I also put a few drops on my scrub brush adding to my goats milk soap. I smelled like Shinrin-Yoku all day long lol. Oh yes, amazing in the diffuser paired with Serenity at night-a little tip from a dear friend. 😊 I'll actually make a video later of my experiences with Shinrin-Yoku. Can't wait to share this with the world. As always, I fully enjoy watching your videos and gathering useful information. It was so great to see you on the last day of Convention! I just signed up under you this morning..I talked to you a while back ..I have high inflamation levels in my blood work but I cant get into the specialist til next june...i have been waiting for a life time of relief..I have tried thousands of supliments thru the years and I'm feeling worse since covid hit again last month ...your inspirational videos has made me decide to give doterra a try...starting with my gut health

Can you ingest this ? I am a psychotherapist and I have a water cooler in my waiting room. I also have the really adorable little DoterrA train and three bottles of essential oil that I rotate using. Well, apparently one of the children put some of this oil into the 5 gallon drum of water for the water cooler.kids started complaining about the smell of the water and I tasted it and realized that that’s exactly what’s in there. I wanted to know is this poisonous? I know a lot of doTERRA oils are injectable, but I do know there are a few that you cannot ingest, and I think that the pine ones might be in that category.
Hi! I’m sorry that happened. The Shinrin Yoku isn’t designed for internal use but it will not be toxic in this situation. It certainly doesn’t taste good. Best to stick to topical use and diffusing although everyone will be ok if they drank a little in the water. ❤️
