Looks like a blast! Miss romping around off road in my 99 legacy. It needs some intake work to get it going. And finding a place to play - not much in northern Illannoy. Shoot, didn't know we had a mini-episode of Matts off road recovery!
Yessir! A new 2nd gen Legacy upload! Was the bearing failure due to getting tweaked from the flip and recovery, or from something else on the trail? Your videos have helped give me inspiration for the plans I have for my '96 outback.
I don't know if there was any specific cause of failure for that wheel bearing. That car weighed about 5000# fully loaded so we had to replace the rear wheel bearings every 20 thousand miles or so. I plan on editing and uploading a few more trip videos this winter. If you want to see what we're up to now and more in depth info on the cars look up my long travel outbacks thread on USMB.

Have had many Subarus from mild to wild. Miss them all. Great rigs.
Nice offroad adventure, also nice you didn't make it all farty, that really takes away from it.
Cool
