GNOCCHI RADICCHIO E SPECK

Anche a voi piacciono gli #gnocchi? Sono un tipo di pasta davvero squisito che si presta a mille interpretazioni. Spesso valgono come piatto unico, poichè sono piuttosto 'pesanti', ma sono così buoni che l'eccezione è più che accettata. Oggi vi presentiamo gli gnocchi #radicchio e #speck, un primo piatto sfizioso e semplice. E' un primo anche abbastanza veloce da preparare, sia che decidiate di utilizzare gli gnocchi fatti in casa che quelli che trovate già pronti tra i prodotti freschi nei banchi frigo dei supermercati. It is also a first course that is quick enough to prepare, whether you decide to use home-made gnocchi or those that you find ready in the fresh produce in supermarket counters.
