@@gaimbz yes, I would have to agree with that. Excellent player. I'm not sure his knee will be ready for the end of 6 nations so hopefully see him doing great at the end of the season.
@@ContactCoach teddy thomas to sub penaud for the last 20 min of the game, it could be a great ad in offense, even if his defensive skill are not on point
Cyril Baille was at the start of the action on the other side of the field, and he is at the conclusion in the other side of the pitch. I am really amazed at the mobility of this prop.
@@BTBDech Yeah, he was an inside center before becoming a prop. But all french players can swap positions, this is the perfecion of the Colomières' style !

Thank you, Eric. I really appreciate that. I really enjoy analyzing the French team right now. So much good! I’m looking forward to seeing them in the big tests v Wales and England.
The game and the placement without the ball are more important than the game with the ball, because they are last longer !! French rugby- player have understood this thank with Galthié and this staff, and french creativity does the rest. Without forgetting the iron defense of the treiziste S.Edwards. Well done!🇫🇷🇫🇷
So many French players looking great at the moment - they could probably field another first class XV! For exemple my favorite Frenchman (*wink*), Vakatawa, isn't even playing, even though he's tearing it up in the Top14 right now. Just wow.
It's interesting that Fickou, who is the defensive captain and is immovable from the starting XV, played with Danty in SF and now plays with Vakatawa in R92. I think Virimi was out of form in recent months and that was the reason he dropped out of the French XV, but now he is getting it back and come summer tests he may well be wearing the 13 jumper again.
@@nikolakozhuharov1042 combinations are very important and the backline is built around Fickou's presence. Would love to see Vakatawa back in the French jersey. I have no doubt he will!
@@bipper64 I've lost track about Vincent, is he fit now? Great player. And if need be (however unlikely it might seem), they can play with Ntamack at 12 and Jalibert at 10.
For some reason Woki pushing moefana makes me giddy tp watch every time. It just oozes team spirit. Plus that little head rub when the try is scored... This team has been described as a "band of mates" (bande de copains) and it shows which I'm so happy about.
@@ContactCoach Just to follow up on that, I've heard form certain pundits close to older players like Fickou that apparently the mood is radically different from previous years. The players are really close to each other since Galthie.

What a great player. He's in great form right now.
What French players, not in the team, do you think should be in there? Depth is huge right now!

The perfect combination of tactics, skill execution, pace, and power. Loving French rugby right now!
Ca faisait plus de dix ans qu'on ne savait plus faire trois passes de suite et qu'on ne jouait que 60 minutes. Vive Galthié et Ibanez.
Oui, il y a eu une grande transformation au cours de cette période.

One remark : it is better to say in French « Fantastique essai français » or « Rugby: fantastique essai français ».
Great feedback. That's been changed!
They are coached better and playing more beautiful rugby than my team the All Blacks. However the rugby World Cup is sudden death !
RWC always throws up some big results! It's going to be great.
