Woah, what happened here? I rewatched it and focused on their faces and I didn't think they were ugly though, I actually thought they were really cool and fierce and their expressions made the performance even more enjoyable. Not everything is about the face, beauty comes in many forms, like the aesthetics of the video and the energy of their performance. They're dancers not beauty models.

From the talented dancers, the set, the choreo, the production, the music, the video, and teamwork, this film just nailed it. It’s like I am watching a dance movie like Step Up.

I did not state anything about them being good at dancing because they are born Filipino.
Nothing on what they did represented the Philippines. The song they used ain't OPM. The fashion they wore ain't filipino to me. Even their dance ain't gives you the slight native filipino culture. Sorry ma'am. Just sick of filipinos making a fool out themselves by doing that #filipinopride at every comment sections even at Hollywood celebs with just an 1/32 filipino on their bloodline, filipinos do these nationalistic views which i think is embarassing.
Choreography, Dance, Music and Fashion are diversified now. It’s being heavily influenced by other cultures.
They can incorporate anything they please. And it’s their way of expressing art or their craft.
It’s 2020, and this is how modern art has evolved.
Nevertheless, they are still Filipinos by heart and by blood. This video, this dance, this music, doesn’t make them less of a Filipino.
My cousin, Casey, is even a dancer there. They are all from the PH, born and bred. They travel to countries to represent us.
Also, these dancers are subject to the decisions of their creative directors, choreographers, music directors and the prod team. Even if they dance to a Japanese song or use different dance genres, they are still Filipino.

If you want to see what these guys are up to, y'all should watch Josh Cullen "Wild Tonight" MV and Dance Practice. Same head choreographer and afaik the dancers in the MV and Dance Practice are also members of PID. I think they are now Sarah Geronimo's choreographer and dance team correct me if I'm wrong. You can also watch them in Sarah Geronimo's FIBA live performance.
