The Supremes as a group should be inducted into the Hall of Fame, if not already. Ms.Ross as a solo artist should be, also. Ross also should be inducted as solo.
But all of the Jackson's talk like that. I think her influence in that manner spreads throughout the family. It was already close to the way their mother speaks as far as tone, but you definitely hit the nail on the head about the cadence. Yep! She’s fiery and has to always be doing something. Very head strong though to. She’s a boss though you can tell. When she dated Gene Simmons from Kiss he said she was in control of her career!
She was intentionally robbed of the Oscar. It certainly had a lot to do with her color and how the industry was completed caught by shocked on how her first acting performance could be that impactful and magnificent. She just did not hit the homerun out the park, she hit a Grand slam. That was an indescribable performance. Let's keep it real! Let's make it 100!
Russell Harty had quite an assertive style as an interviewer, very self-assured, and I think Diana was attracted to his energy here. She seems to be enjoying the interview. I think he was the kind of man who appealed to her.
COLORED? LORD he must have been real old. This were the 70's. However I like the way Diana Ross looked at him. Her facial expression let him knew that referring to Blacks as colored was incorrect. Then she proceeded to answer his question and recovered nicely. Way to go Diana Ross.
God, will people, or can people ever get over color? All he can see is that she is a woman of color, its not just him alone but lot of people are still that way. She's a very smart woman of color and he cant take her. If that was Barbara or Dolly Im sure he would not have acted or questioned her in the same manor.

Diana Ross is correct about doing the most work, while sharing the Supremes pay three ways evenly. Diana was the only one singing on many Supremes recording. Her father always pushed her to demand more money. That’s why I never felt pity for Flo or Mary. For Flo not to show up for performances and the girls to act unprofessional and tried to jeopardize the group, caused Berry to react. That’s why he had Cindy in the woodworks and made Diana do most of the work. In the end, Mary sided to have Flo leave. Florence and Mary were jealous of Diana, but I felt Flo really had emotional issues/trauma and misplaced her anguish. When Jean Terrell took over that group, Mary never said a word and she stayed in the group and was the only original. Diana was never the reason why Mary wasn't the lead, as she stated.

Amazing! Thank you for posting this!
She's an Aries, it makes sense. They are very much energetic go do somethings lol. I've been around a few, male & female.
Yea! This is all Aries here!
They are crazy.
@@MARCIE12ification we're all crazy.
Energetic go do somethings😂! I hear you...
Micci , thank you very much for your videos, these are truly gems !
You’re welcome ❤️
A legend.

Wow! 1st time seeing this interview. This-'s why Miss Ross is called the BOSS!
How glamorous she was and still is ! ✨✨✨
Russell Harty had quite an assertive style as an interviewer, very self-assured, and I think Diana was attracted to his energy here. She seems to be enjoying the interview. I think he was the kind of man who appealed to her.
Thanks for posting. Delightful interview.
Beautiful voice and person
When she stopped wearing those Wigs like in the '60s that's when her Beauty really shined through.
her beauty always shined no matter what
At her most stunningly beautiful.
@@rondothard1698 Probably Not Ron. Did you see the one where this fool was questioning Ike and Tina Turner road manager? Google and listen to the video. Then write me back. Lord, Lord Ron. Cora
@Fred W Who the hell are you? The interviewer? If not then why are you 😡 unhappy?
@Fred W You are so right Fred. Diana Ross asked him from the start "do you think I'm going to let you make my unhappy". She won this interview by a mile. GOD BLESS you too. Stay Healthy.
@ilj274 STUPID is the word.
AMEN!!!! I couldn’t have said it any better
You get it!!! Yes
