The heat may have its disadvantages, but it is more viable at long ranges (depending on the gun ofc) than the APCR of the 50B, not to mention the ridiculous 340mm penetration.

With T57 heavy I feel unstoppable, with 50B I feel frustrated. I honestly don't think there's any question about which is better.
For me, 50b is MUCH better
@@quickyfrost751 I cannot figure the 50b out for the life of me. With so many maps I just wish I was playing either a proper heavy or a proper medium. T57 is my highest dpg tank, almost 1k higher than 50b.
@@iI_Principe I truly understand you cuz I used to play so bad with 50b and my excuse was that it is bad as both heavy and madium. It took me around 300 games with 50b and many many more with other tanks overall to learn how to play with it. T57 has great firepower and clip potential is also great but gun handling is just meh. You can boost it but it will cost you mobility
The 50b is one of the most difficult tanks to play

I personally dont think heat is worse. Its less versatile because u cant really track with damage, cant pen spaced armor, its usually slower and doesnt go through obstacles BUT heat obliterates angled armor and doesnt lose pen over the distance. Heat feels much more comfortable on heavy tanks, u can easily pen roofs of certain tanks like e75 or cent ax, medium tanks are also much worse at brawling if they have to face a tank with Heat ammo. While ap/apcr is better on high caliber guns like hori or e3, heat is imo better on brawlers like e5
great video, loved this format.
Love the video, however I would split firepower into 2 categories: gun handling and raw damage. The T57 is pretty well known for its derpy gun at distance, while boasting the highest base dpm for a heavy. The 50B has a much more comfortable gun and 10° of gun depression despite its lower damage output.
We wanted to keep this one relatively simple for several reasons, most importantly time constraints. We're also still flushing out the format, so plenty of room for changes in the future!

On a serious note I really would like to see you do something on the Blyskawica. Just got it and its been insanely frustrating for me to mark and I would like to see your take on it.
I do not know half as much as you about the game, but one thing is for sure - if you add accuracy and aimtime as gun reliability as a separate unit, T57 - 50B -> 2:2
There is a reason why top players prefer the 50B and newbies can only make the T57 work.
Just like your argument with the FV215b where you mentioned that its gun makes up for each and every fault it has, and it is still my favourite tier X heavy, way over the E5 imo.

For me, T57 is more competitive but 50b is way more fun and dynamic.
The intraclip aim time issue with the T57 can be completely solved by equipment and crew skills now. I find it is much more accurate too, especially with Concentration skill.
Your RNG damage rolls reminded me of my obsidian game yesterday. Fighting a obj 140 I rolled 168, 173, 177,172, 182 and finally 220. All in a row.
T57 can be a pain at medium to long ranges (only en problem if you're a more passive player ofc) Really well made video, looking forward to more of these!

Maybe controversial opinion but I think 50B disadvantages your team, especially when you're top tier: In a -2MM for example, 50B will count as an heavy tank by the MM. So if there is only 1 top tier heavy per team, the ennemy tier X heavy (for example S.conq or E100) will shred into pieces his opponents on heavy side, when the 50B will probably be with meds.

Also you can pen 50B straight through the front of the tracks. I don't know why it happens but it does
very cool
before watching, I say AMXB if you are highly skilled, and T57 heavy for most players. The mobility means you can get into position early and establish yourself and your team, and in late game situation you can relocate very rapidly. And I guess one thing that helps out the 50B is the ramming ability, the frontal armor is actually extremely strong and devastate enemy with high speed downhill ram, combine that your clip damage exceeds what it says on paper.
meanwhile T57 heavy is very very well armored, sometimes, a lot of time you bounce not because you dont know where to shoot, but simply because your shot missed and hit the strong part, that troll armor helps the T57 heavy so much. also short range super quick intra clip reload is amazing, devastate anyone.

I see the tank as follows 50B is the punisher of mistakes and capitaliser of opportunity. While the t57 creates its own opportunity and can apply the pressure
Only Good players can make T57 work. And only Eggcellent players can make 50B work.

Nice work! You say equipment loadouts, but when to use which? Or is that an either or rather than what you would keep in both spots? For the life of me I didn't know that event cleared out that spot on Ruinberg. I wonder if they made it clearer on the map because no one was using it, or expecting it.
I mainly use hp turbo one ;)
Personally I feel the 50b is the better choice in most circumstances because of how flexible it is. You can play the 50b like a medium.

maybe do the finals animation abt loadouts and field mods a bit faster, but other than that very good editing !
Its a huge template so adjusting timings for everything will take well over a week, not worth it. The idea is to usually have voiceover matching the pace and explaining the decisions as well as giving players enough time to follow along and setup their tanks without needing to pause (providing they have more than 1 monitor ofcourse) - Hope this helps!

Dear Daki. I'm hoping you can help and maybe this request would also make a good content vid.
I'm looking for the best recommendation of heavy tank to complete both the T55A and Obj260 HT15. Cause/Receive/Block a total of 12k and then 14k.
Here's the catch and question. Due to a lack of available heavy tank lines(I just don't play heavy tanks much, 40K+ battles with meds/triangles/lights)) it can't be a tech-tree recommendation. However, like most regular players about this time of the year I/we do have a fat stack of BP tokens and so the question is(finally ff* lol)) which of the BP heavy tanks would you recommend and feel is the most likely heavy tank to achieve these tricky final campaign missions the easiest?
What we have are
LORRAINE 50T, BZ-58-2, TT-130M, OBJ777, AE PHASE1.
These are all tier9 chunky boys obviously so they neither have as much meat nor encounter as much meat as a tier10 heavy, BUT, I'd be very interested to know if you feel any of these options are genuinely viable for those tricky HT15 missions mentioned. Thanks.

Only one point makes T57 way better tank, it have HEAT's and what that means, well you can pen tanks instead of doing ricochets all the time.

Maybe a controversial opinion but a good player in a 50b will do better than a good player in a t57 because of the amazing mobility and superior gun handling. The 50b just has one of the highest skill ceilings in wot so it gets a worse rep.
50b because its way faster.
T57 has a neutral gear for turning. 50 B only turns one track and locks the other side that isn't turning. Called neutral steering... though, I noticed both track still turn, wargaming lazy for not animating the difference between neutral steering.

If anything the only tanks that HAVE autoloaders are the italian medium and heavy tanks
These are auto loading, those are auto-reloading. The difference being that these auto-load shells from a manually loaded magazine. As opposed to the other tanks which auto load individual shells, thus the auto-reloading. Terminology has been around for a decade
What about accuracy ? T57 can't hit the side of a barn at 300 meters

the gameplay segment was less comparison and more just showcasing the tank capabilities - as for the finer details of each tank, we wanted to avoid a video thats too information heavy since those tend to put viewers to sleep, theres plenty of other review videos out there from others that go into those details.
