Mam I made sarson bhindi used black sarso which we use in sambhar, same your recipe ,it's tastewas bitter
Sambhar me Rai istemal hota hai, iss recipe me Rai ka istemal Nehi karna hai, Black mustard or yellow mustard ka istemal kijie
Ye kdwa kyu lgta hai uske liye kya karna chahie
Sarso ka paste banate time thora sa namak dalke paste kijie or paste banane se pahele sarso ko pani me vigoke rakhie...
Masale ko thoda sa hi bhuniye
Sarso ki Matra km kre
Madam ji please hindi ki jaan mat lo
