  • Hi everyone, I've missed you all more than you will ever know. This is a really vulnerable moment for me, and by far my most vulnerable moment on the internet. It's important for me to share these struggles and challenges on the internet because I want you all to remember that the internet is a highlight reel. Not everything you see is sunshine and rainbows, and people struggle with the shit life throws at them.
Thank you all for all the well wishes, love and kind messages. It's truly what got me through such a dark and challenging time, love you all, mean it & so glad to be back. ❤️

I’m finishing your video tonight when I get home but just wanted to comment that I am SO happy to see your video pop up on my screen. I was worried if you and Cory were ok from the last few videos you posted. Sending so much internet love, confetti, and cookies y’all’s way!! 🎉❤
Ok I finished your video and OMG I wish I could give you a hug through the screen. Thank you for being so vulnerable and I feel your pain through the screen. My sister suffers from debilitating anxiety and will go weeks off the grid as her coping mechanism. Some days are good and some days aren’t but just give yourself grace and room to lean into the things that bring you joy. So much love for you and Cory!! ❤

Brianna, I can totally relate to your anxiety journey. I never struggled with any physical symptoms from anxiety until a combination of life events in a short period of time (close relative death, moving, and work stress) completely threw me for a loop. Just like you, I also had an emergency room trip to make sure my heart was ok and it was very scary. Anxiety can completely overtake your body and it’s very tough to understand until you’ve personally experienced it. I’m proud of you for talking about your experience and how you are doing! We are here for you and I truly hope you start feeling better soon ❤

I am so sorry to hear what you’ve been through for the last few months! I’m relieved it seems you’re doing/feeling much better though. It’s very important to not only do therapy during these low times, but also when you’re on a high. Gotta keep up the mental/emotional maintenance! Also, hearing your thoughts about nausea/vomiting is interesting, how do you believe you’ll handle your first trimester of pregnancy if it happens? Those are usually very common symptoms, so I’m just curious.

My antibiotics and steroids made me stomach hurt and made me feel sick and that spiraled me. My anxiety was sooo bad. Honestly, you said it yourself that it’s important to talk to a professional. Sending you love and encouragement. My 18 year old daughter struggles with terrible anxiety and depression and it’s very difficult. There are good days and terrible days. Just make sure you take time for yourself and let your love ones help you and definitely see a good therapist. My daughter is not the same care free person she once was but she’s an amazing strong young woman that’s doing her best to get through each day. One thing that my daughter wears is an anxiety necklace that helps you take proper deep breaths. It’s on amazon and it’s great because it’s portable and discrete.

Omg Brianna, I wish I could hug you through the screen because as someone who has dealt with anxiety since I was 12 (I’m currently 23) it’s so not fun. I’ve struggled with anxiety for the longest and I’ve also dealt with the fear of reliving a traumatic physical experience too. To keep things short and sweet, all I want to say is just to keep going. Omg keep pushing through day by day, and some days will be easier, some days will be harder, but what matters is you slowly learn that part of it is just your brain trying to protect you. Everyone experiences anxiety in different ways and it sucks but what helps is you begin to learn what can trigger it and how you can begin to just live with it (in a good way). Because unfortunately it doesn’t just go away, maybe it does for others. For me, it’s been a long and hard journey but anxiety runs in my family a lot😅. You’re an amazing human and I wish nothing but peace and happiness for you, both mentally and physically. Just keep learning and pushing forward through this journey. I promise you’ll become stronger both physically and mentally the more you know. We’re humans, and this is just a yucky thing that comes with it. Also a big note that I learned, YOU ARE 100% NOT ALONE. Girly, I feel you, and see you through and through. No matter how big or small you think your anxiety is, I can safely say there is someone out there who has felt the EXACT same way as you. Like me for example, I understand your fear of feeling physically uncomfortable and scared. Just hear others stories and experiences. It begins to make you feel more at peace knowing you’re not alone in this. Thank you for sharing this and being vulnerable with us. Keep going 🤍🩷❤️‍🩹

I just came across your videos bc I’m a BIG Disney world lover! Around a year and half ago I was sitting at Chef Arts Smiths Homecoming at Disney Springs and my heart randomly started beating for over 175 BMP it got up to around 200. I was taken by ambulance to the ER. It was a very traumatic experience for me. They kept me in the hospital for a night and the next day. Once I went home, I for the first time experienced extreme anxiety. It was causing palpitations, blurry vision, and my mind was on a constant worry. I am a follower of Christ. Well while we were in the hospital my mom and grandma took an Uber back to port Orleans so grab our luggage. The Uber driver told my mom that he was a preacher. And they had small talk. Then mom said the Uber driver said that he feels God is leading him to tell my mom this. Then the Uber drive proceeds to say things that happen to us that day that my mother never told him about. He said there’s a reason you were not able to get in to HS today. (We tried around lunch to switch our trip dates which would have allowed us in HS that day. Everyone from Disney told my mom that there would be no problem getting that done. Even the person at the window and all the sudden she told us no) then the Uber driver tells my mom that God is not done with her daughter and that we need to stop worrying. It was such an amazing Godly moment. And those words truly helped me overcome that situation. I really have found TRUE peace with Jesus. He is a God of goodness. He will not finish without it being good. A few months later I got a call from the hospital that Disney paid my $40,000 hospital stay and ambulance. God even took care of the financial part. He is not done with you. And the only way to find true pure peace is through him. I highly recommend the Whoa That’s Good podcast. Sadie Robertson is the host and she struggles with anxiety, but I love how she words it. She says anxiety is not who I am. I think we all tend to say we have anxiety. But no, we don’t have it, it’s not permanent, it may feel like that in the moment but it’s not who we are. It doesn’t have that much power over us. It’s just something we struggle with. And trust me, it can feel extremely big. Before experiencing it I thought it was all mental, I had no idea how much anxiety can cause physical illness. I feels very real. But I know God is bigger than anxiety and he has overcame it. I will be praying for you friend! I know that is is extremely big in the moment. I remember crying to my mom and asking her when will I ever feel normal again. I felt very hopeless but that’s a lie from Satan. It is not true. A year later and I am so much better spiritually, mentally, and physically. Yes I still do have episodes. But they don’t last long bc I been able to recognize it in the moment. I start by telling myself this is just anxiety, I am not dying. Dying is a lie in this moment. Then I start to pray for peace from God.
I hope this helps🩷 I truly understand where this is coming from and how scary and real it feels. Remember you always have a good God.

That is a LOT to have go on all within a few weeks of each other so of course you're body is going to react. There are times when your body just says enough is enough. Before I went to therapy and started taking medication, I couldn’t eat, sleep, focus, or anything. I wasn’t living. While I’m doing better now, it still lives with me and shows itself practically every day.
What I’m getting at is, although this will live with you, it doesn’t have to consume you. Some days will be better than others, but as long as you are open and honest with yourself and your support system, you will get through it.
Thanks for being honest and talking about this with us. It helps others know they aren’t alone, and you aren’t either! ❤

I had the exact same experience you described and add to it internal shaking. Constant shaking internally. BUT what I’m writing to say is, it may not live with you forever. Mine went away completely. Medicine helped initially, and then I weaned off and haven’t needed it at all again. Sending you hope and prayers and confidence it’ll disappear completely!❤

Awww girl, I cried with you!! I suffer from anxiety as well and it’s definitely tough but know that you have so many people here for you. The birth control pill I’m on is vienva and it’s been really great for me with regular cycles as well as hormonally. I’m also definitely someone that can’t deal with any throw up of any kind. I always tell my family that if they puke in my car, I will crash 😂 I’m here for you and hope it gets to be a better year soon!! 💕

You poor thing! I feel so bad for you. I have dealt with anxiety and depression my whole life. It’s so hard to deal with. just remember to always communicate with each other. I hope you both get to feeling better soon. Maybe ask your about a script for Zofran. I have bad stomach issues too and it’s been a wonder drug for me.

Oh my goodness the SAME exact situation happened to me when I was on that pill. The anxiety came out of no where. It was awful and I felt like no one understood. My Dr. ended up changing my pill to a different one because of the hormones. After I switched the anxiety went away and I don’t have periods anymore! I’m so sorry you had to go through this❤

Hello! I just wanted to let you know to hang in there. I know you didn’t want too much medical advice but I want you to know you aren’t alone. I suffer from anxiety, and have for many years. It occasionally flares up… especially during times of stress. Therapy, meditation etc can certainly help but I found that also taking meds for anxiety can really help. As for health scares, anxiety often gets worse. I also have congenital heart disease so I totally understand how anxiety related to your heart can be super scary! Anxiety causes rapid heart rate and chest discomfort… so you question if it’s anxiety or something other than that. Do follow up with the cardiologist. It may nothing but it maybe something. Sounds like you have a good support system so you will be just fine!

I had the same issue- high HR… all Dr pointed to anxiety… went to ER (they checked for blood clot, low blood levels- anemia, everything). All was negative. Ended up having something called POTs - often misdiagnosed as anxiety. I now have a cardiac device placed in. If this goes on… please get checked out further ❤

I haven’t finished the video but I just want to send you so much love and peace. I suffer from anxiety and I have gone through all of it, the not sleeping, the guilt, the not eating and the ER visits. All I can say is that it gets better, life can suck at times and anxiety makes it worse but it will get better and you will overcome❤

Oh girl! I had somewhat of this same experience back when I was 14 and have been coping ever since. As a fellow type A, list making, planner extraordinaire; those small things pile up and can come crashing down when we don't make space for them. 100% agree your body was telling you to slow down and let me tell you, the body knows what it needs and wants, not the brain. The brain is super powerful and can sometimes make you feel 30x worse than it really is. I found it helpful for me if I'm feeling anxious/nauseous to ask myself if this is my body needing something or my brain. I took that deep breath with you Brianna and I'm so happy to see you back and feeling a little better! 🤍

Brianna, as someone who struggles daily with social anxiety and generalized anxiety disorders, I am here with you. I feel you and I see you. These disorders can swallow you whole and change how you live your day to day life. It is so crazy hearing you share the difficulties that you and Corey faced because around the same time, the same exact thing happened to me and my fiance. She had some bad news in regards to her job that sent me on a spiral for three weeks, I could not focus, I could not go to class, I felt so emotionally drained and I felt incredibly alone because what happened with her job was not her fault. I felt guilty to even put the stress of my emotions on her while she was going through her own battles. I can 100% relate to what you are currently going through and you are not alone. 🤍
