Dr. Ganguli, Many Thanks for this super-informative video. I'm currently working as a postdoc and this is my second postdoc. I'm currently being interviewed by a couple of universities in the US. I have a few questions and seeking your valuable comments.
    1. I have worked on several NASA funded projects and other projects on lightweight materials and structures and inspection methods. I also led several projects in India during my PhD. I've been invited for campus visits. How should i frame my research seminar? Would it be good if i give them an overview (not too much technical) of these projects i led and key technology deliverables? My thought was to deliver an idea about my skillset, experiences, and collaborative skills through these projects, followed by future potential projects. Or should i choose only a particular topic and cite these projects work as the basis? Could you please suggest me. Many Thanks

Generally it is expected that you make a presentation on one research area which is relevant to the job. Some senior people sometimes give broad area lectures of all their work but this is often at professor or chair level. You can in fact ask the selection committee chair about the type of research talk that is expected. A broad area general talk may backfire if they are expecting a rigorous detailed research talk.
